This was a wonderful stay! Everything in Carytown, the museum, and a bus stop that will take you downtown were within walking distance. Matt was also very communicative and responsive. If you’re going to Richmond, this is the place to stay!

Great place close to restaurants and VCU.

I had the most blissful stay at this Airbnb. It's in a charming, beautiful part of The Fan district, and in easy walking distance to many great places (as well as the university, if visiting for that reason). There's even a reserved parking spot behind the house. The space is even bigger than the photographs suggest, particularly the bedroom. Many thanks to this kind and helpful host!

I cannot say enough good things about Shaniesha’s place. It’s very clean, will all the amenities you need. She is very responsive and made sure I was well taken care of during my stay!

Taryn's place was amazing. It was in a really nice location near everything. The upstairs patio was a plus. The space was open and not cluttered with doodads and do hickeys. Taryn was attentive and responsive. She really cares about the guest experience. Thanks Taryn!!!!!

This was a great apartment to stay in! The location was excellent - nice street, lovely neighborhood to walk around, close to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops/bars/breweries/etc. Easy walks into scotts addition or carytown. I was a bit worried about the street parking but it was a breeze, I was able to get parking very close to the apartment multiple times. The apartment itself was big, comfortable, and had everything necessary. I especially loved the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Richmond.

The place was centrally located to main avenues and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was easy to access and get in. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The porch and patio seating areas were a bonus in nice weather.

GREAT HOME - This is a lovely property in a quiet residential area within walking distance of VCU and many eating options. The back porch hot tub was a pleasant surprise. The home itself is well-decorated, and kitchen fully-equipped, and the bedrooms comfortable. Coffee beans were provided for our first morning, a nice touch. The host was very responsive and proactive. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

The house was as described. It was spotless clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for our needs. Mayra was an excellent host very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

Mei’s place was great! It was a lot bigger than expected which was a plus! Super clean and would definitely stay again!

Incredibly good accommodations, easy check in and a whole book with recommendations! Incredibly spacious for the price, in a really private area of Richmond 15 minutes away from anywhere you might wanna go in the city. Big recommend!

The property was very nice, there was a issue with the air conditioning and Jewelan was responsive and resolved the issue with haste. Overall was a pleasant experience and I would go to their property.

We lived here for a month while house hunting after PCSing to the area. It cost the same as staying in a hotel but with James we had an older, but well-maintained townhouse with a nice living room, two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, and a fully functional eat in kitchen with extra amenities like a Keurig, an air fryer, a toaster, in addition to the normal fridge/freezer/oven/stovetop/microwave! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and James was always very responsive. The area lost power one of the days we were there and he got in touch with the power company to make sure they were aware and updated us about when the power was expected to return. A great and honest host!

This was a great home base for a couple of nights in The Fan. I used to live a block down the road years ago, so it was fun getting back to the area. The house was perfect, clean, quiet and felt familiar, with all the charm and quirks of a row house in the Fan. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the kitchen was just what I needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Rachel's place was spacious, clean and very welcoming. The location worked well for me, as I was in town for a conference and many of the activities were downtown. Parking was just a block over and I felt pretty safe navigating the area as a single woman. Only downside...the noise! If you can withstand "city sounds": trucks, people laughing and talking, loud music (there is a club across the street), then you should be fine. But if not, just be prepared for it. Otherwise, everything was great. I highly recommend staying here!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Quaint little spot. As described. Mei was quick to reply to a question I had shortly after booking, and laid out all the instructions clearly as our arrival date/time neared. Space and price fit exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Wish we had more time to hang out, so we could have tried the porch. Next time!

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

Convenient location and easy access makes this a pleasant landing spot for a visit to Richmond. We'll be back next year!

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the balcony was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of a trendy, walkable part of the city with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away. The host was friendly, communicative, and provided clear directions to the place. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!
