Erin’s home was great for what we needed. It had plenty of space for my family. Check in was easy and she was flexible for a later check out. Her home was clean, area was nice with lots of restaurants nearby. We would stay at Erin’s Oasis again if we come back to Richmond.

Absolutely loved this place! We already live in the Fan and needed a place to stay for a few days while some work was done at our house, and this place couldn't have been better for me, my husband, our two young children, and our dog. If you aren't from Richmond/the Fan, this house is the perfect example of the historic homes the neighborhood is known for and shows off all the charm the area has to offer. Loved the option to pay to check in a few hours early as we had to get out of our house much earlier than we expected so the work could begin. Josh responded immediately when I asked him about it and it was a super simple process. We are moving abroad in a few weeks and will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit friends and family in Richmond. Thank you, Josh and team!!!

This was a nice and cozy place to stay while we were visiting! Very much enjoyed our time here.

James' place was a perfect place to stay while I was relocating to Richmond with my 2 dogs. The house is a 4 minute drive to my new house and accommodated my dogs and me in all respects! It's such a cozy house, I wish I had been able to spend more time enjoying it! Also worth noting, James graciously arranged to extend my stay one day without a lot of notice when I realized I needed a bit more time. Service like that is hard to find!

Great space and walkable distance to great restaurants. Place is spread out and great for 3 couples as we had as each couple had their own space with a bathroom.

The place is big and was perfect for our office party. Everybody enjoyed their stay and had everything we needed. We will be back definitely in the summer.

Place was just as described. We had a good stay at the host’s secure and quiet apartment. Would certainly consider staying in the future. A good place for a couple people staying for a brief trip to RVA. Host was very responsive and provided all listed amenities.

Amazing location, the best stay we have had. The views was scenic, peaceful, beautiful! We loved this place sooo much! Clean in side, has everything you need from port to pans to linens and comforters. So much fun here!

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

This was my first time staying at this location and it was nothing short of amazing. Great communication from the host whenever it was needed. Great location to walk to your local restaurants. I’m driving distance to everything. Just overall a great experience. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Felicity's place very much. It has a nice view, especially around sunset. The location is a little away from the busier parts of downtown, but the walk to the free bus isn't far. There is some noise that comes from the train tracks just south of the apartment, but it isn't overwhelming and probably would only disrupt the lightest of sleepers. Overall, a nice stay!

this is a very quiet place to stay with a very large living room. sitting in the back yard overlooking the creek was a nice place to be in a little bit of nature.

Enjoyed our stay at Alveena's place. Free parking, easy check in, good location. Fast wifi, we were able to have work meetings with no issues. The kitchen is well stocked and good for reheating/quick meals.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

This is an impeccable spacious home beautifully decorated. The location is within walking distance to the VMFA and many wonderful shops and eateries. I hope to visit again soon for our frequent Richmond get away

We had a great 3-night stay—the place felt comfortable and roomy enough for 4 people. Very clean and quiet! Appreciated the treat/toiletry bags and the responsive communication by Desi. Would stay here again!

The house was clean and comfortable! The outdoor space was great for the dogs and the location of the house couldn’t be more perfect!

We had initially booked Reagan’s place some months ago, but ended up canceling because we thought we wouldn’t be able to make it to an event that we had wanted to go to. After changing our minds, we were relieved that Reagan’s place was still available for the timeframe that we had needed. The space felt very comforting and welcoming when we walked inside and everything was spotless and nicely decorated. We genuinely had no complaints for the couple of days we stayed there. Reagan was always friendly and responsive and we would love to stay here again! Her dogs were quite the surprise 😂😂

Cam and Chloe's Creekside Skoolie was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our short excursion to the area. The Skoolie was just as described, clean and super comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The amenities included a patio area with a fire pit that overlooked the property's trails. Having access to the full bath and laundry room was also a great perk. Cam and Chloe were super responsive to our needs and very friendly. We felt welcome and at home from the start. Their hospitality was amazing and we appreciated them sharing their fresh eggs. If we are ever in the area again, We would definitively stay again.
