House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

The place was incredible! The house was nice and clean and even came with some extra goodies! The location is surprisingly great for where its at and is really good and safe. The only thing which could be a turnoff is that the traffic from the highway can be very loud at night but that is such a small thing compared to everything else the house came with that it didn’t matter at all. The host was also so nice and did frequent message checkups. Overall this was a great experience and I will definitely be staying again! (P.S the double bed in the kids room is the comfiest in the house!)

The house was exactly as described and it was so easy to communicate with them as they responded to texts within minutes

it was perfect for a family meeting place. The woods were so picturesque with the snow we had and we even saw a fox running through the forrest and capturing his breakfast. the next day an eagle soaring overhead. It was a little tricky with the steep driveway with the snow when we arrived, but it was plowed and ready when we arrived. We chose to walk down the steps just in case it got icy. otherwise it was just what we needed!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

This was our 2nd year at Peaceful Waters. It is indeed just that! Peaceful! Perfect and beautiful location. Everything needed is there to assure a wonderful carefree stay. The place is well stocked, clean and is just as it reads and appears! My group of 16 loved the place AGAIN this year. Hopefully, planning to go back next year. Matthew and Rose are great to work with! ❤️

This place was amazing! Beautifully updated with plenty of room for our family to stay and gather. The views of the bay were exceptional with sunsets on the water every night! Janet was a perfect host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Our stay was wonderful, the property is beautiful the views are awesome. The house architecture is unique and we had all the right amenities to make our stay perfect. We were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, etc. Hosts had thought of everything we would need. Hope to visit again. This home is worth it just for the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay! It was a gorgeous space with plenty of seating for our family vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were also a highlight for us. The large soaking tub fits two and the shower was amazing. It being winter we couldn’t make use of the kayaks but we loved the hot tub and there is a lovely park walking distance from the house. We drove into Annapolis and also spent a day in Baltimore as the house is in a great spot for driving to either. Can’t wait to check this place out in the summer!

My children and I loved our stay!! It was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space. The host was very sweet and responsive, and it was nice to have our own little driveway and porch. We will definitely stay again!! Also, the location was great. Not too far from MANY shopping plazas and malls. Took my kids to the movies, Build a Bear, and bowling.... all in different locations, all less than a 25 miles (or way less) from this home!!

We had a wonderful time in Annapolis staying at Tara’s rental. Located on a quiet street, the location was perfect and walkable to so many great places. Very clean, comfy, and enjoyable house! Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for the Military Bowl! Walking distance to the Naval stadium. Plenty of room to spread out. Wish the weather had been better to spend time on the back deck

It was really easy to book with John; the home was very relaxing to enjoy while visiting our family. The place is beautiful and spotless. John is a great host-we”re looking forward to booking again.

We stayed here while in the east for my son's wedding. Had plenty of bedrooms for an extended family and two complete living spaces. Decor is vintage and interesting with every room being unique. Area is quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Kelsey’s place is incredibly special. The location is right in the center of downtown Annapolis, close to the water, shops and dining. For us being close to USNA was important in visiting our mid, and you couldn’t be any closer. The place was cute, comfortable and very spacious. But, the Kelsey as a host was impressive. We had a couple issues when we arrived, but she was communicative, incredibly responsive and handled it all incredibly professionally. We hope to stay at her amazing place again!

This was the best place I have stayed in while visiting my mid in Annapolis! Everything about the home was awesome. All around super welcoming with wine to greet me, very helpful notes, beautifully cleaned and wonderful smelling home with a friendly responsive host! The available amenities were above and beyond. I just can't say enough about the location-everything is RIGHT there. One of the best things...the easiest check out procedure EVER. Some homes have you practically pre-cleaning their home before you leave-not this one! I will definitely be back!

My friends and I recently stayed at Dave's place in Grasonville, Maryland, and it was exactly what we needed for a short getaway. The house was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard, overlooking the river, was absolutely stunning and offered the perfect spot to watch the sunsets. It was peaceful and relaxing. The fact that it’s pet-friendly made it even better—our furry friends had just as much fun as we did! The hot tub was a fantastic touch, allowing our group to unwind and chat after a day of exploring. Dave was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and always went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful retreat. We’ll certainly be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a work trip in the area. It easily fit our large group and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Spacious, conveniently located house with beautiful views of the South River. Nicely furnished with antiques. Gracious and responsive host. As others have noted, stairs to second floor are steep and not suited to those with mobility issues.

We had a small family group stay at the Beach House in North East for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect in every way for our group. Plenty of room, fantastic location and water views, easy beach access, very well-equipped kitchen, warm and cozy living room area, and great communication from Alexis. We hope to return again soon!
