Location was fantastic right by pubs and restaurants. We went away as a group for a 40th birthday and went to the Italian next door as recommended by the hosts and it was fabulous. The house is simply stunning, beautifully maintained with subtle nods to the listed building era. I Would highly recommend as long as you don’t need a dinning room/living room to gather as a group. For us staying the one night and heading out for food a drinks it was ideal but if you like a living area this may not be ideal for you. The listing clearly states there is no living area due to listed building regulations and so for us we were aware and this was not an issue. The hosts were friendly and informative whilst giving space. They responded to queries very quickly and offered advice and support with the local area. Parking is plentiful outside the property however you may need to do a few loops to grab a space. We managed after a few minutes. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Our party of 4 loved this bungalow; it is superbly equipped, spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. The property is also a great base from which to explore the city of Bath and beautiful surrounding countryside. There is a Co-op store, chip shop and Balti takeaway just across the road, a bus stop just a few metres from the property and a Sainsbury's supermarket roughly a mile away. Our hosts Tamsin and David provided us with ample information prior to our arrival and were always available, either by text or phone. If we travel to the area in the future, we would definitely want them to host us at their bungalow again. Any negatives? Access to the rising, narrow drive just off a busy junction can be a little tricky at the first attempt, but we were advised about this by Tamsin before travelling. We would recommend unloading the car and everyone but the driver (obviously) getting out first. That done it did not present a problem and certainly did not detract from our enjoyment.

We were lucky enough to have a weeks stay at Dannis beautiful home over Christmas and everything was just perfect! The cottage is so beautifully designed and has everything you need along with the most idilic and peaceful views. It was the perfect break! Danni was a fab host and very quick to respond to any messages. Couldn't recommend this wonderful home anymore and thank you so much for having us & the dogs stay!

Had an amazing time at the home this weekend. The house was better than I anticipated. Plenty of room and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. The bar and cinema were amazing for entertaining. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was available to answer my questions even late in the evening. I would highly recommend this booking and would love to stay again.

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

Angus was really helpful and proactive in ensuring our stay met our needs. He was really easy to contact in the build up and made sure he met us all on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming countryside retreat between Bath and Bristol. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to explore both cities. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s the perfect place to stay with a family or group is friends. Plenty of space for everyone.

What a place, what a location, what a city! We were 8 middle aged men on our annual university rugby club reunion attempting to re-live memories of a time gone by! A large spacious top floor flat with an open kitchen/lounge downstairs, 3 bedrooms (4 large beds) upstairs, and amazing views - the place was perfect for us. The location was right near a number of pubs and bars with the rest of the city just a short walk away so no need for taxis to get around. Darts, boat trips, live rugby, great food (the Hat Greek Bistro was fantastic), and a little bit! of drinking kept us busy. I used the one gated parking space with everyone else coming by train. If driving be careful of bus/taxi lanes and one way streets! Bristol has so much to offer with such a great friendly feeling, we all had a great time and said a return trip would be a brilliant idea. Charlotte was the ultimate host and made the whole process and stay really easy - thank you. I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the city center. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Bath!

Lovely modern well decorated accommodation in an excellent location very close to the city centre. Very clean and well furnished. Really appreciated the different types of tea and coffee and milk in the fridge on arrival. Excellent host. We were 3 friends staying at this accommodation and we all said we would definitely book this accommodation again. We had a lovely time in Bath and it was so nice to be so close to the city centre and all the shops and restaurants.

Mamy thanks John for such a lovely property to stay in. The parking was a massive bonus. We could walk into town within 10 minutes with all the wonderful attractions nearby. We really appreciated you letting us leave our car in your parking area while we did some final shopping etc. We loved our stay at the Appartment and will definitely stay with you again. Fantastic self contained flat in a beautiful setting high above the city of Bath. All the essentials were provided including a loaf of bread, butter, milk, jam, etc. Katrina was there to give us a very warm welcome and advise of the best route to walk into the city. The flat is well furnished and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The visitor manual had some great recommendations for restaurants, etc. Myself and my daughter had a lovely time staying here and seeing beautiful Bath.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

my wife and I had an amazing few days staying at Victoria's Airbnb in Tetbury. Victoria was very communicative and the Airbnb was really lovely. It's also really well located so close to Tetbury high street. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone!

A beautiful home with big bay windows. Lots of space in the flat, really good facilities. It’s really close to shops and restaurants, lots of takeaway options for those who want to relax there instead. Would absolutely recommend! Can’t fault it at all.

We’ve just spent almost a week at Jane’s beautiful flat. It really is a lovely flat, even better than the impressive photos. Everything was well thought out and it definitely felt like a home from home . The bed was so comfortable and it was such a peaceful setting, we slept very well. We even had a couple of visits from Mr Hopkins, who delighted my husband by eating out of his hand! All the info and communication from Jane was perfect. We know the area, having lived here in the past and it’s perfect for a stroll to the cafes, restaurants and shops on Wellfield Road and a short bus ride into town if you don’t want to drive. We had a great week and are already planning a return trip. Thanks so much 😊

Can’t fault anything really! It was lovely that milk & butter & things to make tea & coffee were provided! There wasn’t any coffee left but just the fact it was something that is clearly provided for everyone is a very thoughtful touch! Clean place and ger was a good host. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Folly. It is very secluded, with fantastic views over the beautiful countryside. Mags was very welcoming and gave us suggestions for what to do and where to go for dinner. The flat was perfectly clean and had everything we could have asked for. It's very cosy and with beautiful British interior. We highly recommend staying there and would countryside love to return some day.
