I can't say enough good things about this rental and host. From start to finish, Johnathon was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. His flexibility is also something that really helped my family and I out when we didn't have any other options. My kids loved being right across the street from a park. My wife loved being able to walk to Starbucks every morning. I relied on the in-unit washer and dryer (we stayed for a few weeks) and loved being within 5 minutes of most of the restaurants and things to do in town. Honestly, I was relieved to find a place like this where my whole family (pet included!) was welcome. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Our stay here was great. Many amenities within walking distance. Starbucks, Albertsons (grocery), fast food. Minutes from downtown. The unit was clean and sanitary (super important to my wife and myself). It was mostly quiet and peaceful. The complex where the unit is located is a little dated but once inside the unit it was nicely updated. Don't forget your streaming service login information as both TVs will require your streaming services of choice. The host is kind enough to stock the unit with essentials like hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner, condiments, salt and pepper, keurig k cups, water bottles. We super appreciated the use of this darling little one bedroom one bath unit. We also appreciated the use of the garage parking and the remote door opener as it was a little snowy during our stay.

Exceptional host , great with communication. Made my stay simple and easy, the place was perfect no complaints.

The space was private and very close to all Cheyenne has to offer! Johnathan was very accommodating and quick to help and went above and beyond!

The bedroom is very nice and well finished. The bathroom is spacious and beautiful. Access to a washer and dryer are a huge plus and I appreciated the snacks and coffee in the seating room.

We had a lovely time. It was clean, had everything we needed, and we felt safe and cozy! It was close to everything. As a military family just trying to visit with our service member, it was exactly what we needed.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb over the winter! The place was warm, cozy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. It was incredibly quiet, making it easy to unwind and feel at home. One of the standout features was the thoughtful supply of essentials—everything I needed was stocked, plus plenty of extra snacks and little touches that you don’t usually find in other rentals. The owners were absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They provided helpful tips and guidance for exploring the local area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly set this place apart. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

Good location for Cheyenne Frontier Days. April was super sweet giving us recommendations with restaurants and getting around town. Lots of Ubers and we waited less than 5 minutes for a ride. The bedroom is upstairs along with the bathroom. So, going up and down was a little tiring. (Hip replacement in April) However the king bed was comfortable, loved being able to do a little laundry before packing. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee and a few treats. We would stay again if we come back for CFD. We fell in love with the town and nice people of Cheyenne, including April.

I had my preceptorship at the hospital for a month and this location was perfect. Only took 5 minutes to walk to the hospital. It was very cozy and I could make my own meals.

This place was perfect for a few day getaway in Cheyenne. The loft was very clean, nicely decorated, with a stocked kitchen and games in the living room. The Smart Tv was also a plus. Renee was also responsive + communicated ahead of check in + check out so I knew what to expect. I would absolutely stay here again+recommend it to anyone deciding where to stay!

I travel for work and sometimes I need to travel last minute. Luke was very accommodating with my last minute travel.
