Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 2 Personen. Ein toller Rooftop Pool ist vorhanden. Der Teppich war leider nicht abgesaugt sowie der Boden. Ein Staubsauger ist vorhanden. In der Küche gab es kein Spülmittel. Handtücher wurden nachgeliefert. Bett ist hart aber schlafen war möglich. Service von Orange sowie die Kommunikation waren gut und schnell. Standort ist sehr gut.

We loved our stay at the Astra Skye River. The apartment is so cute and cozy. A great little escape from the city. The rooftop pool is just incredible. Clean and refreshing and amazing views. Chao was a great host. They helped us with local recommendations and arranged a private tour with an excellent driver. Overall was a great trip and we hope to come back again soon!

Very nice and cozy apartment. Ambience was excellent. Well equipped gym and yoga room. Clean rooftop pool overlooking the city! Location is good. Close to old Town to walk or a short tuk tuk away. Also lots of great restaurant within a block or two. 7-11 is across the street. Highly recommended!

Amazing place for staying few nights in Chiang Mai. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. We had activities early in the morning and one opened coffee/breakfast was right on the other side if the road. The 7eleven shop was nearby as well with 24/7 opening time. Very good. We always took Grab to get in to the city center or had activity from GetYourGuide with pickup at the building. The pool on the rooftop is a very big plus after exhausting day. Lulu responds fast and is helpful. She even gave us advice where to go for dinner and what activities to do. She even gave us delicious mango she grew herself. Many thanks.

clean , responsive host but the neighbours smoke too much weed and cigarettes . if you like to chill out with the open air , would not recommend ( too noisy from the pool and smokes pollution)

집 인테리어나 수영장 등은 사진 그대로 너무 좋았어요. 호스트도 친절하셨습니다. 또, 주변에 공원이랑 마켓이 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만, 음식점이랑 카페 및 편의점 같은 편의시설이 좀 멀리 떨어져 있기 때문에 편의시설이 중요하신 분이면 이 부분은 고려하고 이용하셔야 할 것 같네요. 귀여운 강아지들도 있고 조용한 곳을 좋아하시는 분이면 추천드립니다.👍

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit Nam war einwandfrei, sie meldete sich immer sehr schnell bei uns. Wir waren eine Woche hier und würden immer wieder kommen.

Our family of 5, had a great stay at this wonderful property. The host and caretakers were very kind, supportive, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The property is surrounded by streams and a waterfall. We hiked every day, had camp fires at night, and loved the background sound of the waterfall throughout the day and night. We did have the caretakers provide some of our meals, and the food was very good. They even gifted our children with Thai carry bags, which our children now cherish. This is a beautiful property, which is operated and maintained by an excellent staff. We will be back!

房东人很好，沟通回复及时，房子非常干净温馨，还准备了儿童的洗漱用品、宝宝餐椅，厨具一应俱全。小区也很安全安静整齐，来清迈非常推荐此房源。

The location is a bit difficult to find, but the house is more beautiful than I expected, and the host is very helpful and always responsive.

Desde el primer día nos sentimos inmersos en un auténtico barrio local.Aunque a escasos 15 minutos a pie de los resorts de lujo, convivimos con la comunidad. Una estancia genial y recomendada a los que se quieran separar del circuito turístico.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans le logement sans aucun regret. Il est bien équipé, bien placé plutôt proche de tout mais silencieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

사진에서 보는그대로 입니다. 4가족이 편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다 모든게 깨끗한편이였고 센트럴페스티벌까지 매우 가까웠습니다. 조용하게 가족끼리 지낼수 있는 공간입니다. 룸 위치도 너무 좋았고 베란다에서 수영장뷰가 잘 보였습니다. 요즘 공사소음때문에 궁금해 하실텐데 이방에서는 소음이 들리지 않습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠습니다 호스트도 적극적으로 편안하게 지낼수있도록 도와주십니다. 다만, 신발장이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 수영장이 온수가 아닌 관계로 가장 더운시간에 수영을 하길 추천드립니다!

I highly recommend this stay! Located in town and only 10 minute drive from airport. It was clean and absolutely spotless. Amenities were convenient. We didn’t get to experience the pool because of earthquake, but that is obviously no one’s fault. However, we still saw the view from the roof and it was great! Gorgeous, affordable, convenient.

Le logement se situe à l’écart de la vieille ville, mais est parfait pour une petite famille! Tout se fait très bien en taxi. L’immeuble est bien entretenu et la piscine sur le toit est très bien avec les journées chaudes. Le nombre de chaises et l’espace est un peu limité si vous voulez vous y prélasser. Autrement, l’appartement est compact et dispose de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin!

Property was beautiful and new. Well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. Pum was a very good communicator and very timely on her responses. Love the location and walkable to many night markets and wonderful restaurants. Its location made it a little quieter, tranquil, and relaxing than in the middle of old town.

4th time booking under this host and will continue to do so in the future!
