Never have I had such a welcoming accommodation. From the very first moment we met, it felt like we are visiting family - and that we are the preferred one who was granted with the most luxurious perfect villa! The hostess and the owner welcomed us warmly when arrived, with the maid helping us with the suitcases. The house was even more beautiful than in the photos. It has all the amenities a family needs for a stay AND MORE. Super strong Wi-Fi, excellent air conditioned. The beds are so comfy with amazing pillows. And all the furniture and design was just top notch. We were very much surprised when we discovered that there is a maid service! Just like in hotel-taking care of cleaning & fixing the beds..and...Laundry! The hostess and the owner, were all the time available for us, for recommendations and whatever was needed-we enjoyed this relationship very much. The location is just super-next to EVERYTHING in a walking distance THANK YOU so much. We will definitely come again

清迈泳池别墅里性价比最高的了. 位置超级好. 不像别的别墅区远离城市. 这里出门就是餐厅和超市. 别墅区的人很安静不会吵. 晚上睡觉非常舒服. 如果想度假的朋友可以来. 去宁曼路大概十五分钟. 去塔佩门十分钟.去尚泰十分钟.最大的商场. 在一个特别中心的区域.

We had a wonderful time at Hester’s place. The house is truly special, beautifully designed, and embedded in nature, making it an ideal retreat for nature lovers. You can feel the care and love that has gone into creating this unique space. Thank you, for giving us the opportunity to stay here—we truly appreciate it!

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

Wir hatten einen einwandfreien Aufenthalt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Die ruhige Lage ist super. Man hat viel Privatsphäre und keine direkten Nachbarn außer ein paar Kühe. Alles gut auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute drive from town, yet nestled in a peaceful and scenic area away from the crowds. The surroundings are serene, making it a great place to relax and unwind. Meta, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. A huge bonus was the fast and reliable WiFi, consistently over 50Mbps, which easily supported two remote workers without any issues. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with excellent connectivity while still being close to Pai’s main attractions, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Ploys place is easy to find and very convenient to stay. Big house, many rooms, wide space and great view. it's a perfect place to relax with friends or family. The house is nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

에어비엔비에서 예약을 하여 한 달 동안 머물렀습니다 모든 스탭들은 친절했고 항상 웃음으로 맛이 하였습니다 체크인 시간이 01시가 넘었지만 경비가 키를 가지고 있어서 마음 편하게 체크인 할 수 있었습니다~ 매주 한번 청소해주고 타월은 두벌 바꾸어 줍니다 대형 타올 오래된 건물이지만 스탭들이 관리를 잘하여 청결도를 잘 유지했고 건물의 위치는 아주 휼륭했습니다 옆방에 소음은 전혀 없었지만 윗층에 공룡이 꼭 새벽 4시가되면 쿵쿵거리고 아침 운동을 한시간 정도하여서 스트레스가 심했지만 나중에는 알람이라고 생각하였습니다 특히 물이 깨끗하였습니다 다른데 거주하는 같이 들어온 친구는 2일만에 필터가 쌔꺼멓게 변했다고 하였습니다 저는 2주만에 바꾸게 될 정도 였고 한달 동안 필터 한개 바꾸고 그냥 사용하였습니다 예민하지 않으신 분은 붙어 있는 사워기 샤용하셔도 될거 같다는 생각을 하여봅니다 한가지 아쉬운것은 떠나오는 날의 비행기가 00:40분 비행기여서 미리체크 아웃하고 짐을 가지고 움직이게는 싫어서 다음날까지 계약을 하였고 호스트에게 2일전에 체크아웃 비용 (물값 전기료)을 계산 하기를 원하였지만 나가는 날 와서 계산을 하여야 한다는것이었습니다 내가 그냘 바쁘니 하루나 이틀전에 나머지 비용까지 계산을 미리 하겟다고 하여도 안된다고 하여서 약속을 취소하여 오후 3시에와서 결재를 하고 숙소에서 밤 9시가 넘게 누어 있다가 나오게 되었습니다 조금 유연하게 하였으면 좋겟습니다~

Amazing stay. I enjoyed it at lot. Clean apartment with great furnishing and modern conveniences

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

I had a great experience in Chiang Mai and this apartment. It was very clean and perfectly situated, just a short 7-minute stroll away from One Nimman, Maya Mall, and a vast array of incredible dining options. Despite Nimman's lively tourist scene, the apartment provided a tranquil haven. Merry's outstanding support and responsiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to coming back again soon!

The location is good, quiet but walking distance to restaurants and cafes and train station. I like walking around the alleys/small roads around the apt. the apartment itself is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. will stay there again should I go to chiang mai next time.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. While the shops are a bit far, they are reachable on foot or by bike. The village is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a small group.

Great place, close to Pai by motorbike. Would recommend for a bigger group.

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

很高兴认识了房东Roxy小姐姐，一个非常高能量的女孩。会给我们介绍周边游玩行程，好吃的米其林餐厅，灵验的佛寺，哈哈哈。 房屋古色古香，正是我喜欢和期待的模样！房子里有很多很多roxy从全球各地旅游后淘宝回来的古董，看得出来她对房子倾注了很大的心血，是个热爱生活的女孩！这个房子的能量场和磁场都很滋养人。大爱呀！

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.
