Good host with good Internet. Good location clean. Wish we could’ve checked out a little bit later but overall it was a good stay.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The accommodation was very comfortable and had excellent amenities. It was conveniently located close to the city center, and we could easily reach it by Tuk Tuk or Grab for a very low cost. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend!"

Absolutely beautiful apartment! We stayed in Apartment #2. It is very meticulously taken care of. Full kitchen with large fridge/freezer combo, microwave. The washer and dryer in the unit was super helpful! Bathrooms were pristine. Central location literally 2 minute walk to East gate (Tha Phae Gate). They had umbrellas which we used since it was 98 degrees while we were here (such a perk to have even for monsoon season)! We plan to come back, and we’ll definitely stay here again once we return. It’s rated 5-Stars and top 10% Airbnb awards for a reason! Central location makes everything walkable!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i lejligheden. Vi havde ikke brug for kommunikation under opholdet - men de gange vi skrev sammen inden, var der hurtig svartid. Generelt en fin lejlighed, men det man havde brug for.

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

Notre séjour à Chiang Dao a été parfait, nous avons particulièrement aimé l’accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôte. La cabane sur pilotis étais très jolie avec une salle de bain extérieur très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit!!😁

Vielen Dank, dass wir im Hideaway Village übernachten durften. Michael und seine Frau sind super Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt und bietet viel Ruhe mit einer tollen Aussicht. Auch der große Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Kochkünste von JC. Wenn ihr dort seid, müsst ihr unbedingt dort essen. Es war ein Genuss! Vielen Dank und bis bald, Ben

Nice spacious house in beautiful calm nature. Alex was very friendly, showed me local places and set me up with a scooter. Good place to explore Chiang Dao from!

Max’s place was very well maintained and comfortable. Love that the place had a pool although we didn’t have time to use it. Communication with Max was great as well, he was very responsive and accommodating!

Lovely home. Very clean and new. Kekie helped with any and every question we had. Pros: So clean and well furnished. The three bedrooms and bath were perfect for us. Hot water and water pressure amazing! Easy to get a Grab. Need to understand: This home is great but not the easiest to find. We walked to the town center which is about a 20 minute walk. As long as you understand the somewhat remote location you are fine. If you have a car, you're set If you like a walk, great Cons: you can hear everything from the units on both sides: everything. Kekie asks that you respect the after 10 PM quiet, but that is not understood by all.

사진에서 보는그대로 입니다. 4가족이 편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다 모든게 깨끗한편이였고 센트럴페스티벌까지 매우 가까웠습니다. 조용하게 가족끼리 지낼수 있는 공간입니다. 룸 위치도 너무 좋았고 베란다에서 수영장뷰가 잘 보였습니다. 요즘 공사소음때문에 궁금해 하실텐데 이방에서는 소음이 들리지 않습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠습니다 호스트도 적극적으로 편안하게 지낼수있도록 도와주십니다. 다만, 신발장이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 수영장이 온수가 아닌 관계로 가장 더운시간에 수영을 하길 추천드립니다!

I highly recommend this stay! Located in town and only 10 minute drive from airport. It was clean and absolutely spotless. Amenities were convenient. We didn’t get to experience the pool because of earthquake, but that is obviously no one’s fault. However, we still saw the view from the roof and it was great! Gorgeous, affordable, convenient.

I had a great one-month stay! Martin is really a kind, patient and serious host, always willing to help when you face an issue. For the record, a cable was missing from the rice cooker and he mailed it to me straight away! Also, the Xbox needed a repair and he really did his best to help me fix it. Very satisfied! The apartment itself was as promised, clean and no utilities missing. Everything is included in the price, no bad surprises. The wifi worked well and I especially liked the small additions that are not often included (kitchen stove, mixer, TV, Xbox...) but make it really convenient upon arrival. The neighborhood is decent, I found a gym nearby with bicycle, but I advise you rent a motorbike if you want to get to supermarkets and restaurants without using Grab all the time (which I did 😅). The only issue that I have to point out is that the water pressure in the building is quite weak, which can be annoying at first for showers, but you get used to it quickly! Thanks Martin!

Rita’s Place in the Base-Height Condominium in Chiang Mai is a well-rounded gem. The friendly host is very responsive, and weekly cleaning is reliably done. The building boasts convenient amenities including a 7-Eleven, a coffee shop, and even a delivery room for Grab food orders—all accessible without hassle. Inside, fast internet and a smart TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps keep you entertained. The gym is adequate, and the rooftop garden terrace offers pleasant views for relaxation. The location is a standout: it’s much easier to catch a Grab to Nimmanhemin or the Old Town compared to nearby condos (Supalai Monte, Supalai Monte 2, or CPN Escent), as you simply turn left without needing a U-turn or waiting at the congested intersection. Plus, Central Festival is within walking distance. Modern touches like face scan entry, efficient AC, and a Xiaomi air purifier (essential during the burning season) make this a top pick.

Right beside Central Festival with lots of things to do. The building has all kinds of amenities, gym, poor, party room, laundry room, lobby. 7-11 is just outside of the building. Very convenient. The room is comfortable and the host is friendly.

Top appartement op loopafstand naar de Old town, maar net buiten de drukte. Complex heeft eigen poort beveiliging en voelt veilig aan. Genoeg parkeerplekken voor je auto of motorfiets. Mr. Bob reageert snel en goed op vragen.

This is a very nice condo to stay in and it's near Nimman where there is loads to do and millions of coffee shops. There is a huge intersection in between so it takes a bit to walk but it was not a big problem. The host is very responsive.

It was my second time staying in this apartment and it was really great. Pim & Milan are amazing hosts and communicating with them is very easy and quick. The condo is very nice, everything one needs is there and as it’s located near the Highway, any location in Chiang Mai is very easy to reach. If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend staying in this apartment!
