Chiang Mai : locations de vacances en appartement

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans le logement sans aucun regret. Il est bien équipé, bien placé plutôt proche de tout mais silencieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great higher floor unit with nice Mountain Views. Comfortable space and easy access with very nice guard staff. Was nice to do laundry with ease. Great location close to Nimman area and easy access for motorbike parking.

Perfect airbnb, could not have asked for anything better. The apartment has a coffee shop downstairs and opposite the street, 7-11 walking distance, lots of food vendors at night, 5-20 minutes taxi from most popular destinations costing about USD $3 on average each ride. I prioritised a quiet, modern, safe apartment and comfortable stay and that's what I got. I will stay here again if I come to Chiang Mai. 5 stars.

한달살기를 할꺼라..고민되는 부분이 많았어요..일단 아이들과 함께라 치안과보안이 중요했는데..엘리베이터키도 따로 있고 콘도라 대부분 장기로 살고 계시는분들이 많아서 조용하고 좋았어요..건물이나 가구는 좀 세월에 흔적이 있지만..튼튼하게 지어져서 아이들이 맘껏놀아도 되고,층간소음없었어요..아무래도 동남아라 과일두고 나갔다왔더니.. 개미가 ㅠㅠ 이슈가 있었지만 빠르게 처리해주셨고 저희도 조심하니 그다음부터는 괜찮았어요.. 세탁기랑 건조기가 있어서 좋았고..조리도구가 잘되어있어서 한번씩 아이들 식사도 집에서 차려줄수있었어요~ 샤워후 배수가 살짝 아쉬운거 빼곤 좋았구~ 일주일에 한번씩 청소와 시트교체가 있어서..굿! 아!!물도 청소때 마다 가져다 주셔서 잘이용했어요. 치앙마이 도착후 픽업서비스도 좋았습니다.. 한달동안 잘이용했어요~

This apartment is an excellent base for a long term stay on the north side of Chiang Mai. The hosts are actively engaged and responsive to ensure you have a comfortable stay and can find what you need in the neighborhood. Their detailed guide book has extensive directions for using the apartment and for locating cafes, laundry, restaurants, and grocery stores a short walk north at the two nearby malls. The much larger Central Festival Mall has much more — anything and everything you may need — and is a 20 walk (or even shorter taxi ride) from the apartment. The Next 3.2 apartment building is relatively new and is clean, secure, and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, utensils, and dishes. Water is reliable and warm as needed. Wifi internet was reliable and fast. The two air conditioner units quickly cooled the unit when I returned in the afternoon. The heavy drapes installed over the windows really help keep the apartment shaded and cool.

Great experience! Lucas' place is in a perfect location: near the night bazaar, great restaurants, and walking distance to the Old City. The condo is very big, has great amenities, and a balcony overlooking the pool--which has a nice garden atmosphere. Lucas was a great host and very responsive to any questions.

Loved this place! The host was awesome! Definitely a beautiful and spacious place. Was a little loud with music playing outside on Friday / Saturday nights but otherwise peaceful. It’s by the airport and not Much to do in that area but if you have a bike to get around you are fine. I struggled for two Days to get gym access which was extremely unfortunate but the over did eventually get me a gym key which was nice. The owners worked hard to make my stay great! Would highly reccomend!

We spent 6 weeks there and felt instantly at home. It is a very well appointed corner apartment with uninterrupted views from every window. You get to see the sunrise and sunset. The double glazing is excellent and the apartment is on a high floor, so there is no traffic noise from the highway and almost no traffic at night. Smart tv in the lounge and tvs in the bedrooms. Great WiFi in all the rooms. The kitchen has enough basic equipment to make simple meals. There is a 7-11 5 minutes walk away and a new one has just been completed next door to it. You are about 6 mins from 3 large malls. One anchored by a Rimping, one by a Tops and one by a Lotus’s. Next to Tops is an open air bar next to a bunch of food stalls that will deliver food to your table. Grab Mart will deliver from Tops if you don’t want to go yourself. The pool is clean, huge and nobody except us used it! The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our stay there.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

We had a great 14 day stay. Good location and great facilities. Apartment is in a quiet area but close to restaurants and Maya/One Nimman. Grounds are well maintained and equipped. Apartment, itself, is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The AC works very well and shower has good hot water flow. Another bonus is the Friday night market a few doors away from the building. We will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

I had a fantastic stay at Pum’s Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Even though there had just been an earthquake, Pum ensured us that the building was safe, which gave us peace of mind. Pum was super helpful and responsive, making the check-in process smooth. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I truly felt at home during my stay.

Rita’s Place in the Base-Height Condominium in Chiang Mai is a well-rounded gem. The friendly host is very responsive, and weekly cleaning is reliably done. The building boasts convenient amenities including a 7-Eleven, a coffee shop, and even a delivery room for Grab food orders—all accessible without hassle. Inside, fast internet and a smart TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps keep you entertained. The gym is adequate, and the rooftop garden terrace offers pleasant views for relaxation. The location is a standout: it’s much easier to catch a Grab to Nimmanhemin or the Old Town compared to nearby condos (Supalai Monte, Supalai Monte 2, or CPN Escent), as you simply turn left without needing a U-turn or waiting at the congested intersection. Plus, Central Festival is within walking distance. Modern touches like face scan entry, efficient AC, and a Xiaomi air purifier (essential during the burning season) make this a top pick.

This was our second time staying and definitely won’t be the last. Our kids love it! The pool, the playroom, and the ability to walk to Central Mall make it an ideal place for families.

I stayed here for almost 6 weeks in January/February. I was working at home & studying at a school nearby for most of the period. The location was perfect for daily living: lots of local sellers, canteens, laundrettes, shops, & a cheap gym within walking distance too. The flat is on the 10th floor with a great view & shared terrace area. The 4th-floor pool was open 1–7pm & is just big enough to swim laps. Courteous & friendly building staff. Basic kitchen equipment including a rice cooker. Basic amenities & supplies which was a big help on my first night. The host was quick & friendly, easy-going. The flat does get hot even at night, but there is a fan & air-con. Good internet connection & TV signal. There is a school next door which uses loudspeakers throughout the school day (weekdays 8am to around 4.30pm) — worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise. Otherwise I can recommend the flat for a pleasant local stay & I hope to return if I'm in Chiang Mai again.

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.

It was my second time staying in this apartment and it was really great. Pim & Milan are amazing hosts and communicating with them is very easy and quick. The condo is very nice, everything one needs is there and as it’s located near the Highway, any location in Chiang Mai is very easy to reach. If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend staying in this apartment!
