Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

我没想到这家民宿包车！我们一家10口人，我一开始想的是房东可以帮助我们订包车，结果她说是含包车的时候，我确认了很多遍！不得不说，含包车太棒了！从到清迈就安排接机，然后包车，感到非常安全还省心！一辆车服务每天十小时，完全够啊！就是要提前沟通好出发时间！去清莱和远的地方需要另付油费，市区内就不用。每天都有阿姨做清洁，帮晾晒衣服啥的，不想阿姨进房间可以锁门让她打扫公共区域就好了。真的是性价比之王！泳池很干净！卡拉OK没有玩，没时间了。。。这次天数订少了，没有时间做烧烤，我们下次还要住在这里！

Truly one of the very best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in! Our four days here in this gorgeous, spacious Villa were heavenly! The host was exceptionally helpful, friendly and proactive - thinking ahead to recommend activities and attractions and offering useful advice to get around Chiang Mai. The Villa itself was well stocked with snacks and drinks and the breakfast offered each morning was scrumptious and substantial! Rooms and beds were extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay!

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

是一座很大的别墅，工作人员很多，服务态度特别好，都很热情，因为是中国新年，还送了我们水果，中途孩子突发疾病，还赠送鲜花送到医院。临走时还为每个人做了芒果糯米饭。过程当中服务都非常及时。你不需要担心任何事情，他们都会协助解决。厨房很大，我们可以自己做饭，还有工人帮忙洗菜洗碗，非常推荐。

清迈一行十天，选择在这边住了此次行程最后两晚，宁静而惬意。我们一行10人在这个美好的别墅度过除夕夜和大年初一，竟然还看到了春晚，分外惊喜。整个别墅阳光充足、干净整洁、规划合理、设施一应俱全。我们四个家庭白天在一起聊天喝茶、画画写生、烹制食物，晚上每个家庭各自占据一个屋子休息相互不影响。房东从我预定成功那一刻就开始各种温馨提示，并严谨的确认每个细节，期间来自我们的各种提问都及时耐心回复。这里配有一个泰国本地的保姆，语言上虽有些障碍但朴实可爱，蹬着自行车为我们买来早餐食材，哈哈感动。小区外的有机餐厅是惊喜，分量大得惊人，正餐和饮料都好吃到不行，价格也不贵，同时能享受到好的食材和味道，真是美好～值得一去再去。负责送机的泰国司机每次都会一再确认行程，并提前将近半个小时就到别墅门口等候，让人信赖不已。小区离古城略远，如果白天想出去热闹的地方荡，需要提前约好车，仅此一点需要注意。

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec nos 4 enfants chez Am. La maison est très agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos deux jours, de la ville et du saturday night market. Je recommande vivement.

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

很高兴认识了房东Roxy小姐姐，一个非常高能量的女孩。会给我们介绍周边游玩行程，好吃的米其林餐厅，灵验的佛寺，哈哈哈。 房屋古色古香，正是我喜欢和期待的模样！房子里有很多很多roxy从全球各地旅游后淘宝回来的古董，看得出来她对房子倾注了很大的心血，是个热爱生活的女孩！这个房子的能量场和磁场都很滋养人。大爱呀！

Overall was a great experience staying here with my family. Would definitely come stay again in the future.

非常好的独栋别墅，很大的院子和露台，附近应该是穆斯林社区，有清真寺和学校，对面就有小餐厅和小商店。 房东非常热情，带我们去换钱和租摩托车。 还有两只懒羊羊的猫，其中一只每天都到露台上看一看我们。

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

I highly recommend this place. The host is really nice and helpful. She helped us for the transport from and back to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent and I recommend taking the BBQ. One of our best meal experience in Thaïland.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

My families love this place. We have big and clean rooms. The little garden is surrounded with green plants. To me, it’s a perfect local place where you can experience real local home. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

Excellent place with wonderful host! Will definitely stay here when I come back!
