Johan has a very nice apartment. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. Johan was very fast to respond to any questions. He was amazing. Even though he had to go to the hospital, he checked in with us to make sure that we were happy. He even ordered some things to be delivered. The pictures show a bare apartment but Johan has stocked the kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is actually decorated. It is down the street from a shopping mall and a big grocery store. There are many restaurants on that street. All of the tourist attractions are an inexpensive tuk tuk ride away (100฿, 2.86€, $2.97). A huge night market is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street. We definitely recommend this apartment for short or long term stays.

Kimi was a very helpful host who responded to any questions I had within minutes. I was very happy with the place and had no issues whatsoever would highly recommend.

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

Tolle Unterkunft. Man hat alles was man braucht und es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine + Waschmittel zur Verfügung.

В здании есть небольшой спортзал и бассейн с прекрасным видом на горы. Сама квартира хорошо оснащена, в ней есть все необходимое. Хорошего качества матрас, подушки и белье. Мы отлично выспались. Спасибо большое.

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Chiang Mai. Die Altstadt ist zwar zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, aber das Condo bietet alles zu einem wirklich guten Preis: riesiger Pool, Sauna, Fitness Center, Waschmaschine, große Dusche und einen tollen Kühlschrank.

Sylvia was very accommodating and the place had all the necessary tools to use for cooking and cleaning. It was a good stay and I would come again.

Pla’s place is amazing it has everything u need, the gym is well equipped and the pool is clean, Pla is an amazing host, very responsive and she was very helpful all the time, had a great time there and definitely will come back there next time 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 100/10

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

I highly recommend this stay! Located in town and only 10 minute drive from airport. It was clean and absolutely spotless. Amenities were convenient. We didn’t get to experience the pool because of earthquake, but that is obviously no one’s fault. However, we still saw the view from the roof and it was great! Gorgeous, affordable, convenient.

Perfect accommodation if you want to stay out of the city traffic. the building offer many facilities and the apartment it’s well furnished . Bin it’s a cool guy always available for any advice. Well done

We stayed here for more then 2 weeks and it felt like a mini home. The appartment is cozy decorated. It has everything you need (lot of towels, hairdryer, cooking gear etc). The communication with the host was excellent. He reply's quick and is considerate. The complex had a nice pool with view, a decent gym with sauna. It has an coffee place downstairs and the complex is near the night markets (and a good massage salon). Bonuspoint for the bed, its big and not to hard. Would come back.

We had a great stay at Lin’s Place and would definitely recommend it! The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, and having our own washing machine was a really nice bonus. Everything was very clean, and even though it seems a little outside the central walls of Chiang Mai, it’s actually right next to the night markets. The gym and pool were lovely, and overall, it’s an amazing place for the price. Would happily stay again!

One of the few remaining real AirBnBs. Nice little room and the common areas to be used in share. Also the pool a few meters outside was very nice, also there was a Sauna. Lovely host with recommendations for the region.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

Lovely house with kind hosts that provided things like tea, coffee, fruits and various snacks. Pool was nice and clean but was a short walk and you needed one of them to let you in. Would stay again!
