Richard is very kind host and very helpful, I asked for an early check in as one of our member got sick from the night before we arrived. he was very kind to went to check the house and lets us in early. the house is very clean and has everythings available for use such as rice cooker, pan, dish etc. will looking to stay here again if we traval to north

Great place, great location. I think that a cleaning lady had a day off prior to our arrival. We reported the situation to the owner and he was ready to provide immediate solutions. So that’s appreciated.

Yada's place was perfect for me as I attended a 3day conference in a nearby hotel. Although it had been 5 months since the floods, people had worked really hard to clean up the city and I could still see other apartments like Yada's undergoing transformation. Yada's place was exactly as pictured and described. The check-in was super easy and I had everything I needed. I even washed my clothes using the 15min cycle on the washing machine. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend this place for one or two people staying in Chiang Mai. It's a short walk to Anusarn Market and it's easy to get a Grab or tuktuk to elsewhere. It's easy to find for you and others, when you realise it's down a lane between 2 prominent hotels. It was a great stay amd Chiang Mai is brilliant.

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

Brilliant apartment with a lovely garden and the most welcoming and thoughtful host - I cannot rate this place highly enough. 100% recommend

Loved the villa, the pool was amazing and the amenities were pristine. Everything was super clean and the place was very peaceful. Local market nearby with restaurants and supermarkets which is great but a little far from the Chiang Mai city centre (which is mentioned), otherwise absolutely great!

Le logement proposé correspond aux photos présentées. L’hôte est très réactif et nous avons communiqué très facilement . L emplacement est proche de la vieille ville et très calme avec une belle vue sur le grand hôtel Shangri la. Je recommande ++ Merci !

Absolutely stunning house! Great location close to the old city but in a very quiet neighborhood. The garden is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers. The house is well designed and decorated with great aesthetic sense. The house has everything you might possibly need. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate. I stayed with my parents and my grandma for 4 days and we enjoyed it. But just be mindful that this is an old villa, so please expect things that commonly come with old houses. Window and doors are not perfectly sealed so there will be mosquitoes.
