Chiavari : locations de villas de vacances

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft von Cosimo und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super, selbst Spül- und Waschmittel wurden gestellt. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung der Unterkunft stimmen passen sehr gut. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht sind wunderschön, insbesondere auch die tollen Sonnenuntergänge Abends. Es ist angenehm ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Bezüglich der Lage sollte man wissen, dass man spontan nur mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort kommt, da die Unterkunft auf einem Hügel liegt und mindestens 30 Min. Fußweg in die Stadt zurückgelegt werden müssten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen und wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

We stayed in Marta’s place for 3 nights - and I wish it was longer. The house oversees the city of Camogli and has a direct view of the sea and hills. The interiors - I am speechless. You can feel the soul and care in every corner, you feel right at home. It was perfectly equipped, we had everything we needed. Marta as a host - very responsive, extremely friendly and always there - a definition of a perfect experience.

Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem auch schnell in den Cinque Terre sein möchte, ist in Serenas Wohnungen gut aufgehoben! Das Haus liegt in einem malerischen Dorf auf einem Bergrücken, den man über eine kleine Straße von der Hauptstraße aus erreicht. Die Wohnung selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es findet sich alles, was es für einen netten Urlaub braucht. Den Garten mit Aussicht teilt man sich mit den Bewohnern der anderen zwei Wohnungen - er ist aber auch groß genug, so dass man auch seine Ruhe haben kann. Serena selbst kümmert sich gut und ist immer erreichbar für Nachfragen oder Empfehlungen - wir haben einige davon genutzt und wurden nie enttäuscht: Restaurants, Badestellen am nahegelegenen Vara-Fluss, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch Parkplätze in der Nähe de Bahnhofs von La Spezia, um in die Cinque Terre zu fahren. Und hat es viel Spaß gemacht - Danke für alles!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in tranquillità casa molto bella e pulita. Mia figlia su sedia a rotelle ha avuto la possibilità di muoversi tranquillamente all'interno della casa in quanto la signora Danielle ha fatto in modo che tutto questo potesse avvenire. La signora Elena che ci ha accolti è una persona dolcissima e molto disponibile a risolvere le nostre richieste.

This was a highlight of our Italy trip. The view was absolutely beautiful…and beyond our expectations. Marta was so lovely…and easy to deal with. The washing machine was broken unfortunately, but Marta had all of our laundry done for us offsite, which worked out well. I would stay here again if we come back…and our daughter just loved exploring the garden.

Casa perfetta per gruppo di amici o famiglia numerosa. É ben fornita da lavastoviglie a forno a legna e BBQ. Il pezzo forte é la piscina e il terrazzo.

La maison est très belle avec une très belle vue, loin du bruit. La rénovation qu’ils ont faite est avec de très bon matériaux de qualité. Nous avons aimer la communication, le jardin très beau, et le must est le potager où nous pouvons cueillir les légumes dont nous avons besoin. Un très bel endroit encore plus joli que sur les photos. Ne pas hésiter à la louer. Merci à Marcello pour ce lieu si paisible où nous garderons d’excellents souvenirs.

Stefano is by far, one of the best hosts! He was engaging, warm, kind, and informative. He greeted us upon arrival, describing all the things to see in the area and made us feel welcomed & at home immediately. He gave us excellent dinner recommendations. Ristorante Nonna Nina was amazing! With only two full days in town, our options were limited. However, Stefano fully explained the ferry schedules along the coast and told us not to miss seeing Camogli! He was right! It was spectacular! Portofino was beautiful too, of course. On our second morning Stefano even brought us some locally made focaccia bread, which is one of the specialties of the region. The onion flavored was a big hit. There were six of us traveling and we all wished we had more time to stay here. The view of Camogli from the back yard is unbelievable. We also wished we had the opportunity to see the sunset, which would have been amazing for sure! You won't be disappointed staying at Rustico VIP! Stefano is awesome!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

We cannot wait to return! The Villa is serene and breathtakingly beautiful. Everything was designed for your comfort and to embrace the natural environment of La Caletta! The gardens, the patio and pool area magnify the beauty of the Villa and this enchanting sea cove. It is obvious that great care was devoted to every detail when the home was designed and built. Roberto was the perfect host and our group of 6 adults were made to feel cared for from the very start! We are already planning our return! Thank you for everything Roberto! This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Grande villa en hauteur avec deux terrasses avec belle vue dominant Lavagna et la mer. Très agréable, propre, décorée avec goût. Barbecues et tables de jardins appréciés. Parking dans un terrain en contrebas. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rentrer la voiture sur la place intérieure pourtant disponible. Quelques saladiers/plats manquent à la vaisselle.

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

Hade en fantastisk vecka i Carlos hus.10 personer 8 vuxna 2 barn.Den minsta var 2 år som kunde springa runt i trädgården och bara några steg till fantastiska bad.Även nära till byn om man inte ville göra mat hemma.Alla var helnöjda.Jag kommer gärna tillbaka till Carlo!Rekommenderas varmt./Anna med familj

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Unsere Aufenthalt in Isabellas Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Der Blick ist atemberaubend. Um zum Haus zu gelangen ist ein schmales Auto wichtig.

WOW! This villa has the most stunning views of any place I have ever stayed. Elisabetta was so wonderful to us and responded immediately with any questions that we had. The accommodations were wonderful and the grounds of the villa were impeccable. We hope to return one day soon!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage. Die Aussicht, der Garten und der Pool sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig ist man in nur wenigen Gehminuten im Ort, in dem es ein schönes Café und unterschiedliche Restaurants und Bars gibt. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Solo fuimos por dos dias, pero fue ideal como lugar para establecernos y salir a pasear por la zona. Si bien no toco buen clima, es muy comodo y tiene una vista excepcional. Cuando llegamos habia un canasta con alimentos y agua que nos ayudaron mucho ya que llegamos tarde.

tres bon accueil. emplacement tres paisible pour une grande famille. la maison est tres grande, et tres agréable. Hugo est tres reactif et accueillant. on peut presque tout visiter en train a partir de Aulla a 15 minutes. je recommande la maison de Hugo.
