A really roomy and fantastic place overall. The location was perfect for our trip and for attending events at Allstate Arena. The interstate is very close and easy to access. There is a great lake/park right across the street. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed with a big fridge! The upstairs shower could be a little cleaner. We used the downstairs shower, which was roomier and had the really nice multi-function shower head. The oversized couches were super comfy after a long day out in the city. There were so many little great details that made the place just like home. We would definitely stay here again, with only one negative/caveat that hopefully will be corrected. Several windows were missing the locking mechanisms, which we discovered late on our last evening when a window opened itself (somehow/maybe airport vibration??). It is a quiet nice neighborhood that felt safe. We would highly recommend this place for a convenient/easy access and comfortable stay in Rosemont.

This home is lovely! Very spacious and well cared for. The outdoor patio is wonderful! I really appreciated how the host encourages guests to leave food for the next guests—it felt like home right away. Great walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Lilly was prompt in her responses and very helpful. The place was well kept and clean. A quick Uber ride to downtown. Our group really enjoyed our stay!!

This is a Beautiful Home, with a peaceful atmosphere. A Great place to walk into and relax after a long trip, and spacious enough for a small group to enjoy one another's company without feeling overcrowded. 2 Full Refrigerators and 2 Full size stoves makes this location a rare find.

This house was exactly what we were looking for as an alternative to a hotel for a hockey showcase. In total we had 6 different families with 6 teenagers and a couple younger siblings. The house was big enough to where we didn’t feel cramped. The outside grill was very useful. The hot tub was nice for the parents to relax and enjoy after watching stressful games. Lots of activities for all ages included in the house to keep everyone entertained. Would not only recommend but we will definitely be returning again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The layout is very comfortable and encourages family time. Kirsten also provides the extra touches which make your stay feel special like board games, blankets, and dishes. The home itself is very quiet and right in front of a large park. The furniture feels new and well taken care of. It felt like a luxury stay. We warmed up some food in the kitchen and everything was easy to find and easy to use. Definitely would stay here again!

I live around the corner and found this gem to host a staycation for my mothers 75th birthday. We had a beautiful breakfast and dinner and in the kitchen we were able to find plenty of seasonings and items in the cabinets to cook with. The Master bedrooms King size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful! Space also has a fully finished basement to get away. Thanks Craig for the accommodations 😉 and the lovely stay!

It's easy to leave a positive review when everything goes right but the best hosts manage the inevitable challenges with poise and clear communication, reacting to make things better if not perfect. Nicole and Ryan did just this when check-in wasn't as smooth as expected. Highly recommend them as hosts and the house is cute and in a great, safe location.

I and my sister had a great time at Lin's place. House is just beautiful. Centrally located. It was close to our training. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Excellent location-easy to get downtown and very close to the zoo. The space was clean and had all we needed. Highly recommend for a family.

Great place to stay! Can get anywhere in the city, its right off the "L". Not far from Michigan Ave, either. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Chicago.

My family really enjoyed our stay! Everything looked and felt clean and was generously well stocked with lots of backup towels, blankets, paper towels and toilet paper, and even some toiletries in case you forgot something. I was relieved to find umbrellas in the front hall closet at check in, as we had some heavy rain forecasted for one day. The parking spot was easy to access and so convenient to have! It is a tight alley, though! We loved the neighborhood, lots to eat within walking distance, including a neighborhood Italian ice stand (Annette’s) that was a perfect after dinner treat. Also close to public transit. It really makes you feel like you live in the area for a brief moment in time, a real home away from home. Michael texted a day before to send check in details, during to warn about weather, and on the last night to confirm check out details. Responsive and attentive host; we would love to stay again if in the area!

We had a great stay! Quiet street, very easy check in and out, clean, and lots of space. Great for a family or small group of friends.

We loved this apartment, especially the location. It’s super cute and decorated beautifully. Spacious and comfortable. The street is this quiet row of quaint walk-ups, but it’s just steps from the busy shopping areas around Diversey. (It’s so quiet and safe, but you would never know how near you are to all the great stuff in Lakeview and Lincoln Park.) It’s also about a five minute walk to two different train stations. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Spotlessly clean. Low-key beautiful and peaceful, with very lovely lakeshore light. Should be three times more expensive than it is. For the price, this might be the best Airbnb in all of Chicago. I will stay there again.
