I had a great time at this place with my 3 friends and my dog. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Friendly village and lots of great Restaurants like the Royal Oak and the Lion’s Den. The house was clean and I love the decorations. Mark kept in touch and left some goodies too.

A lovely place, centrally located and an easy walk into town along the canal. Every detail is very well thought out for a comfortable stay, including all the little extras such as milk, juices, breakfast cereals and snacks. We stayed we a young baby so appreciated the cot and high chair were ready for us on arrival.

We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

Our stay was amazing! Caroline was extremely helpful throughout our stay, from welcoming us at check in, to suggesting local services when we needed them! There were quite a few treats left at the cottage, from fresh bread, snacks, drinks etc and made us feel as we are visiting friends! The cottage is full of character and we were able to fully relax. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect weekend away! We were two friends meeting for a chilled weekend to relax and catch up - which we certainly did! Cottage is beautiful - a real gem and a home from home - without the clutter! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Hils had thought of everything and has also created a very comprehensive folder of things to do, places to eat and visit and a plan for a 'perfect' day! We enjoyed a wonderful time away and for us it was brilliantly located - half way for both so we'll definitely be booking again! Highly Recommend!

A beautiful, well decorated house. The kitchen was a nice big size and we loved the eating area in the veranda. The rooms were cosy and the bathrooms were clean and well set out - especially the downstairs one - and there was plenty of hot water at shower time. Ricky's communication was welcoming, clear and very reactive. We really enjoyed our sunny weekend in this cottage.

8 minute walk to train station and reasonable walk to beach. There are lots of hills in this town! We were happy to have good weather. There is lots to do in Brighton. We were there for a week, took train trips to Chichester and Lewes, which was convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and hosts were generous in sharing things in the cupboards and freezer. We cook almost all our own meals, so the kitchen is important for us. The gas fireplace kept us cozy on chilly evenings, and it was quiet, which we really appreciated. They left us extra towels and sheets for our stay and their washer/dryer worked well.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

My stay was a mixture of work and pleasure and an ideal place to stay along the south coast. The property was really quite & comfortable with everything you could need. I did not get get chance to sit out on the raised decking but I am sure in the warmer weather it would be a lovely quite spot to enjoy the evening sunset. When I am next working that way this will be my first port of call. Jamie was excellent with his communications and help.

We were very comfortable and happy in Richard's flat which is central, quiet and convenient in every way. As other guests have mentioned, the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot and powerful. Richard was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. As regular visitors to Winchester, we hope to be able to stay again another time.

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

The perfect spot for our family get together to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Spacious, thoughtfully appointed rooms, each with an en-suite. Lots of cosy spaces to gather. Amazingly stocked kitchen. We had a fantastic time

The house was beautiful, the sun shine and the view from the lovely back windows was gorgeous. Perfectly placed on the Selsey sea front - lovely walks to the left and to the right. The house is spacious and has everything that is needed. Perfect for a family reunion!

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

The property is brilliant and has everything you could need. The location is ideal and Emma is very responsive to any questions you may have. Absolutely recommend this place to stay and we hope to return next year!
