We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

We had a lovely time at Shaun’s house. It was such an interesting place, very close to amenities in Eastleigh and just exactly what we were looking for 😀

A lovely house, fabulous spacious kitchen for family gatherings and a super sitting room on the top floor with amazing views. No en suites but a bathroom on the ground floor and the middle (bedroom) floor were enough for us 6. Wonderful location with constantly changing views as the tide rises and falls, we loved the area and the local walks. Many thanks Maggie and Andrew!

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

Antonia is the perfect host, clear instructions, friendly and very welcoming to their family home. Their home is beautifully thought out inside and out. Nice personal touches around the home, which makes it feel like a home from home. The view from the bedroom was again thought through well, nice touch! Ideal location for couples or family gatherings. Location is ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, just a few minutes away from the local beach. We will definitely be returning! The house was beautiful and much nicer than the pictures showed. Everything was available, bathrooms were excellent and beds were very comfortable and clean. The views from the house were amazing and a real pleasure to wake up to each morning. Marian as a host is the best I've had so far using Airbnb, she was always messaging me with lots of useful information and sent videos of the check-in process etc. If we ever had any question or needed any help she was always happy to help and always on the end of the phone. Excellent host, a lovely house and a very enjoyable stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

This is quite honestly one of the best holiday lets we have ever stayed in. The accommodation is spacious & well equipped. We were a group of 4 adults & a child, we had plenty of space to spread out. It is well situated for the beach or a 30 minute walk into Cowes. It’s quite & peaceful location, we really valued use of the stand up surf boards & hot tub on an evening. The pub next door serves delicious food to sit in or takeaway (we have a 2 year old). We could go on …. We have already booked next year. Thank you Gemma.

Great place, and one of the most welcoming host I’ve ever encountered. Everything just perfect: 10 minutes walk from centre, very clean, well equipped kitchen, large dining room etc. I’d warmly recommend to anyone would want to spend some quality time in Cowes.

This is our second time staying at Amanda's beautiful cottage and we will continue to come back as long as she'll have us. It's spacious, comfortable, is in a great location, and has plenty of parking nearby. Everything is walkable from her place and it is super easy to get to. There are sights, a grocery, and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. As for the place, the kitchen is perfectly appointed, beds are very comfortable and Amanda was even nice enough to leave us a welcome gift in the refrigerator! Thank you! Communication is perfect every step of the way and the unit is super easy to get into. We love coming to Arundel and will be back! Thank you for another amazing stay, Amanda. Hope to see you / the cottage next year.

A lovely place to stay. Nathalie was really friendly and welcoming. This cottage was like home from home, exactly as described. My kids loved the trampoline and Louis the dog.
