Stayed here one night , Josh was outstanding in communication very helpful with Information at what was a stressful time for us as attending a funeral . The house was spacious and welcoming .

The house was gorgeous and such a high standard. Eachensuite bathroom looked brand new, and the whole place was just beautiful! Would absolutely recommend and stay agai .

We had a wonderful two-night stay at James’s house. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and the communication with the host was excellent. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The Coach House is amazing. The accommodation matches the view, which is stunning. Everything you could need with a very generous welcome pack. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

We have just come back from a stay at this flat. It was in a really good location. The flats was great - well equipped and comfortable and Jane was very helpful from booking to checking out.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. Absolutely perfect location if you are visiting Southsea - close proximity to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. We had a comfortable stay and had great communication from the hosts, and were made sure to have everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

Great accommodation within easy walking distance of beach, shops, and restaurants. The perfect base for a trip away to Brighton. Well kept apartment with all the comforts of home. Clare went the extra mile to ensure everything was just right for our stay.

Amazing scenery, beautiful balcony view. Both beds comfy and spacious kitchen/living area. Ted was very quick to respond when checking in which was very helpful. Overall a 10/10 experience would definitely stay again.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location by Hove Lawns . Well kept and maintained. Good quality bed linen and towels. A very peaceful place to stay: A bonus having the lovely outside space which our fur baby enjoyed too . We will definitely be staying here again . Wow! We have stayed at enough places to know how great this experience truly was. All of the little extra touches absolutely made this our favorite home we have stayed in. Ever. The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need. This was our final stay in a week long visit to the UK to celebrate my son’s graduation and I couldn’t be happier with how we wrapped it up. Thank you Sarah! If we ever return to Brighton (which is such a lovely area) we will absolutely stay here again!

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!
