A quaint and compact character cottage in the heart of Ventnor. No outstanding views but close to amenties with long term parking nearby. The seafront, beach and stunning clifftop walks are nearby. The living room is quite small but the bedroom is huge, the main feature being the fabuous bath in the centre. There are no doors between the living area and bedroom but a stairgate stopped our dog coming upstairs. The cottage had everything we could need for a short stay and was very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay, we would definitely stay here again and recommend. Very clean and spotless. Easy check in. Responded very quickly to messages. Great location with own parking space! 😊. Walking distance to train station

The house was perfect for our weekend break in Southsea. The house had plenty of living space, was clean and a short taxi from central Southsea and Portsmouth. Tilly was a responsive and helpful host.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

Lovely property. In a beautiful village. Clean, peaceful and a fantastic location for visiting lots of places.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Juniper House from the 4th-7th April 2025. Talk about a break not too far from home, but makes you feel like you are in a different world. Communication was great. We had a lovely welcome and were shown around the beautiful place and the grounds. We had the use of the pool, we hiked throughout the whole of the land daily including joining up with the trail, Nature reserve and finishing at Cobbets View which was just stunning. We used the BBQ area, the tree house and boxing area was also a favourite of the kids. We were looking forward every night to the feeding of the red kite birds 🪶 session and we joined later in the evening watching the Badgers 🦡 and fox 🦊 feedings. The hospitality, knowledge and sense of humour were very impressive. We were made to feel welcome by the owners and we cannot complain about anything apart from we all wished we could have stayed longer😀

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay Such a beautiful property with everything you could ever need Anna was a fantastic host, had a lovely little chat with her when we arrived (and a little fuss of the wonderfully friendly Max) We couldn't have wished for a better stay Amazing swimming pool and hot tub and loved the BBQ area The property itself was spotlessly clean and smelt like everything was brand new My sister and family came over from London for a little swim in the pool. Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. Thank you for having us!

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Well equipped and beautifully presented cottage, superb location to explore Chichester but well positioned to avoid town centre traffic if you want to head out elsewhere. Really enjoyed our stay, excellent value.

The apartment was quite and the check in was made easy with a video. The place was lovely with a terrace with table and chairs to sit in. It was about a 15 minute walk into town . But is a nice walk by the sea . I would recommended it. The owners wife was very helpful with taking my suitcase down the outside stairs

Lovely homely feel. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Central location. Good communication with the host. Parking is difficult, evenings you may need to park a few streets away.

3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was exactly what was needed. We enjoyed visiting this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at Helen's place while viviting with friends who live in the neighborhood. We'd rent the place again, anytime. The small downtown area is within walking distance which made our stay eben more enjoyable.

Sally and Josh have been welcoming and amazing hosts. We arrived late and they had stocked the fridge up with bread, milk and eggs which was so thoughtful. The annexe was ideal for my family, countryside surroundings and short drive to Godalming and getting onto the motorway. The house has a lovely, cosy feel, I enjoyed cooking as the kitchen was well equipped. A very comfortable and happy stay and will be staying again soon! Thank you both!
