We had a fabulous holiday in the Isle of Wight...and staying in Clevelands was part of it! A gorgeous house, so much space, comfy rooms, and in an excellent location for exploring the island. Marie was a brilliant host, very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend Clevelands, and would stay again if we go back to the IOW.

Jan's property is really well kitted out and everything has been thought about. In a great location just 10 min walk into Hamble which is so pretty & lots of places to dine in the evenings.

Oldfield Cottage is easily the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We were a party of 7 and visited for a long weekend with our adult children and partners for a pre-Christmas break. There was ample, comfortable seating in the lounge plus a lovely big dining table where we enjoyed a meal together on the first evening. The kitchen was spacious and had everything that you could wish for, should you want to self-cater, including a large family sized fridge freezer with ice making facility. Tasteful, neutral decorating throughout with good sized bedrooms and beautifully appointed bathrooms. Top quality bed linen and towels. Most of all, the house was lovely and warm, spotlessly clean and a real home from home. As it was December, we didn't venture out into the gardens but they too looked very well cared for, with established trees, shrubs and borders which I'm sure will be stunning in the Spring and Summer. A stones throw from the waters' edge and a friendly, local pub. Perfect!

This was the ideal property for our needs (4 adults), as we caught up with family visiting from Denver. Walking distance to the city centre but you feel like you are a million miles away in this quiet cul-de-sac. It has a beautiful, well tended garden which was a bit of a suntrap and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out in it wearing t-shirts, even in mid-March. My only regret was not taking my shorts! I cannot fault anything about this immaculate property as it has everything you need for a home from home. The beds were comfortable which is always a plus. We took our own board games but there is a good selection to be had at the property. Kate was the perfect host and was super quick to answer any questions. A thoroughly pleasant stay. 100% recommended.

We had such a lovely stay at this little seaside gem in Selsey. It’s a cosy one-bedroom apartment with a pull-out sofa, which was perfect for our two children—they were super happy and slept really well. The place was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few relaxing days away. We especially loved the roof terrace and the small patio—both total sun traps where we spent quiet mornings with a coffee and evenings just soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The sea is literally a pebble’s throw away, and the walks along the coast are just stunning. It’s such a calm, friendly area, and it felt like the perfect escape from the usual rush. One of our favourite little discoveries was Julie’s place right by the sea, where you can buy fresh crab. We even got to watch the fishermen bringing in their catch—it felt really special and the crab was absolutely delicious. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Louise’s place, only there for the weekend but was perfect for what we needed. The accommodation was comfortable, private & clean. Had a very peaceful nights sleep. The plot itself has a beautiful organic garden, which Louise was kind enough to chat to us about. Louise was a lovely host, greeting us when we got there & even recommended The Lamb inn which we were grateful for. Thank you for hosting us (and for providing the croissants & milk)! We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Shanklin. Karen's place was very relaxing and spotlessly clean. Particularly good for two small children with stairgates, kids cutlery, toys and netflix. We had lovely weather so they loved playing in the garden. A perfect base to explore the island.

We have just returned from a week there. This was a lovely caravan, excellent value for money and very close to a beach. We liked that the caravan was spotlessly clean, the kitchen items were all new, and lots of thought has gone into the accommodation, like leaving binoculars to look at the shipping going past. We were on the beach in a minute, often the only ones there. We went for the first week of the Easter holidays but the site was always quiet and peaceful. I would have no reservations in recommending this if you are looking for a wallet friendly holiday with easy access to a beach.

We had a lovely Christmas break seeing family in Horsham and Thanks to Gail and Arthur for having us at the annexe over Christmas. We have always enjoyed our visits to Round The Corner and look forward to the next one.

This was a last minute find to us as we had to change last minute for half term . We were so glad we stumbled across this place . Having the private walk down to the private beach was a plus and only took about 3/4 minutes . We spend some early mornings and evenings here . Perfect location for the coastal walk aswel . We also travelled across to the needles and other places and was perfect location . We hope to be back here . We have stayed on many caravan holidays with our children and this caravan was perfect for us :)

A lovely location with everything that you need for a home from home stay. Richard was quick to communicate and welcoming.

You won't regret staying here. Inside it's just beautiful, very comfortable, warm and a heavenly shower, and then outside you have the wonderful view of the river which you can also walk up (access i# just round the corner from the property), we saw the cutest baby moorhens on our walk up to the locks. Katie was helpful and polite when messaging otherwise left us to it. We had a super relaxing break, exactly what we needed, thank you!

A spacious home ideal for a family get together. We chose the location to suit travel distances across our group. Walking distance into Rustington village was a real perk. The garden, BBQ and proximity to the sea must come into their own in the summer months. The house was really clean with lots of bath towels and amenities, which felt like a luxurious touch. Travel cot and extra beds and bedding also fantastic. A great stay!

We enjoyed staying in East Wittering. The flat was conveniently located a few minutes' walk from a range of shops, including butchers, bakers, greengrocers, mini supermarkets, toy shop, gift shops, and more. Also, nice cafes and restaurants. And, of course, the beach! The flat itself was clean and comfortable, modern and tidy. Cosy in the evenings, but nice having the doors open during the day as it was bright and sunny.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Kirsty’s place. It’s perfect for a family gathering right by the sea and walking distance to the restaurants in Seaview during the day along the beach. The short walk down to the sea made it perfect for early morning dog walks and for the kids to play. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Diane was a fantastic host. She was very communicative and kindly let us leave our belongings at the bungalow while we explored the island on our last day after we had checked out. The bungalow was very clean and had everything we could ask for. The location was great with a bus stop a couple of minutes away. At night it was lovely and quiet and the bed was very comfortable! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much!

Fabulous! Angeline was very easy and efficient to communicate with, before and during our stay. She was honest about possible noise from the construction work next door but we heard nothing! The builders were respectful and quiet on the only day during our 3 day stay we were there. This is a really beautiful and quiet spot right on the beach. I swam each morning we were there and I had the whole beach to myself. A truly memorable stay.

The loft is the most amazing, tranquil and relaxing space. The surroundings are to die for and Dany was an amazing host with great help and support from Amal too. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely stay here again. I just wish it was mine!

I had a brilliant stay at Charles’ place, which is in the perfect location for the gorgeous town of Cowes. I ended up extending my trip as I loved the flat/area so much! Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the sunny Isle of Wight.
