The house was beautifully decorated and pristine. Host was very helpful and responsive.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a fantastic long weekend in Birdham. The Air B&B was fantastic and spotless throughout. The house was extremely well equipped and exceeded everyone’s expectations. The garden was a beautiful sun trap with great addition of BBQ and outdoor furniture! We would totally recommend staying at this property, so much so we look to return next year! My only criticism was the early check out at 10am, but the hosts were extremely flexible in allowing us to check in early. Thank you kindly!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

Antonia is the perfect host, clear instructions, friendly and very welcoming to their family home. Their home is beautifully thought out inside and out. Nice personal touches around the home, which makes it feel like a home from home. The view from the bedroom was again thought through well, nice touch! Ideal location for couples or family gatherings. Location is ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, just a few minutes away from the local beach. We will definitely be returning! We had the loveliest of stays at Jonathan’s house. It was perfect for a special occasion and making special memories with family. The layout is a great set up for everyone to have their own space. It also felt very homey. The games room and play room are a lovely addition. There was something to keep all ages happy and entertained. We will definitely be returning!

For a work trip to Southampton, Marc’s apartment is perfect. Easy to locate a short walk to the docks & old town with some great food. The apartment was very chic, lovely view of the river, very safe & secure. Parking was an excellent addition. I felt very comfortable mixing work & a little tourism. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit & would definitely wish to return.

Can't recommend here enough. The perfect place to stay on the Isle of Wight. Right in the heart of Shanklin, beside gorgeous thatched pubs and tea rooms and a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Also, conveniently located right beside a car park. The apartment itself is also gorgeous, nothing but good to say - really enjoyed our stay.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

We had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything negative at all. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a car park located on the street which is was very reasonable. Lots of restraunts and shops close by and a short walk from the sea. We will definitely return, thank you.

We traveled from the U.S. and visited Portsmouth for two days before beginning a group tour of the British Isles. Since we would be staying in hotels for the tour, we thought a local AirBnb would be nice. John and Wendy’s place was a perfect fit, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront and colorful South Parade Pier, and a short bus ride to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, our primary destination. John stayed in touch beforehand to make sure we didn’t get lost, and once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread, eggs, milk and lemon cake waiting for us. A warm welcome for weary travelers!

This is a great apartment for a long weekend away in Brighton/Hove. It is spacious and located close to the beach. There are many excellent places to eat in the vicinity. Catherine was incredibly responsive and helpful too - highly recommended!

Great place, great location

This Airbnb was wonderful! The interior was beautiful and cozy - I felt at home right away. It has a really spacious living/kitchen area and primary bed room with excellent natural lighting from all the windows. The flat was super clean and had the most comfortable beds! The location was amazing, only a couple minute walk away from a supermarket and the bus stop. Only a 23 minute walk away from the train station and close to everything central. I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb if you're looking to stay in the Brighton/Hove area. Lastly, Charlotte is an extremely helpful and fabulous host! She provided us with easy-to-follow check-in instructions and a great manual for the flat. If we needed anything during our stay, we had the comfort of knowing Charlotte would provide a prompt and helpful response. 10/10 stay and if we return to Brighton, I would want to book this flat again!

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Hugely enjoyable stay in Hove! This place is perfect for a little family holiday to Brighton & Hove. Lots of space, bright and clean on a lovely street. Very short walk to the beach and easy access to a range of cafes, bars and restaurants. It was a perfect bolt hole for our little family. The host Mark is super responsive and even helped us reclaim a bag of beloved marvel characters which we mistakenly left behind. Highly recommend!

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

It was great staying at Beshley's place, just 10 mins walk from Canoe Lake and the beach, so was very convenient.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

We had such a lovely long weekend. The flat was spacious and impeccably clean. The beach was 30 seconds walk away, and there were other beaches and rock pools within a 5 min walk. Our two daughters, 6 and 9, loved the beach, going crabbing, having a barbecue on the beach, and getting ice cream from the ice cream shop. We’ll be back!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend
