Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

Located in a very cool part of town. The neighborhood is walkable but driving is easy and quickly gets you to restaurants, bars, and great shopping. Chattanooga has something for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts can choose kayaking, biking, or trekking nearby.

Great place! Clean and neat - just as described and photographed. Paulina and Tim were super nice and welcoming. The space is beautiful, particularly the view! Quick drive into the city. Would defn stay there again!

The place was great and with in walking dusted of several restaurants and bars downtown.

Great location and great view! The apartment is comfortable and clean. You can hear the road noise at night but it's not bad and they do provide a sound machine. The location is well worth the bit of road noise. Would definitely recommend this one!!

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

Clean and CUTE accommodations—inside and out. And a perfect location on the main highway. Jeff was an excellent host!

Loved the place. It was decorated nicely with tons of Adrienne's artwork. It had everything we needed for our stay in Chattanooga. It felt like a home away from home. We loved being able to walk around the neighborhood and to be so close to restaurants and things to do. Adrienne gave us plenty of great recommendations for places to go. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chattanooga!

Even better than the photos! I loved my stay here. The neighborhood was calm and walkable - perfect for an evening or morning stroll! The apartment was also so lovely and comfortable. I loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the views. The kitchen was perfectly stocked! I will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Jeff's place. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. There wasn't much need for communication, as the instructions were clear and had all the details we needed, but I did have question about check out and Jeff responded quickly. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and welcoming and we would definitely stay here again.

The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

My family of 5 and our dog stayed at this wonderful location! It was clean, spacious, and very walkable to alot of different places downtown. We really enjoyed it! Forrest was a wonderful host! We will definitely be coming back again

Great place for a small group! The amenities were fantastic, wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of the place. Nice, quiet neighborhood close enough to anything you need. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay Traci’s place! She was so easy to deal with and her place was very charming and exactly what we were looking for during our horse show event.

The place was great and Janet was very friendly and responsive when we had questions! The place will comfortably sleep 8 people and the patio was amazing to have!

We had a great stay!! Super impressed by the cleanliness, security, and check in was smooth with detailed instructions! Bonus that it was super close to everything we wanted to do!

I must say, this was an exceptional property to stay at! Everything was top-notch, from cleanliness to an enormous amount of room! It's always the small things that I notice, and one thing that really caught my attention was the pillows on my bed….one really light and soft and one memory foam and super solid! The kitchen had everything we could need for a trip, as well as the bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. I would highly recommend this property!

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

We love coming to Chattanooga and this is the perfect area for us. Jarrett’s place was great! We’ll be back. We had absolutely no problems everything was great!

We absolutely loved the vibe of this space!! We were in town for a dance competition and the location was perfect. We were just a block away from our venue at Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium and not too far from restaurants and coffee shops. I had a little confusion about where to park, and the host was very quick to respond and gave clear instructions as to where the parking was for the unit. Listening to records while winding down after a long day at the competition was so great! We definitely will be back for another stay very soon!!

This was absolutely PERFECT. It was EXACTLY as described and even a bit better! It was clean, comfortable, and adorable. They were completely transparent about parking and street noise but not even once did either of those things bother us. We will definitely stay here again. They were super responsive, helpful and sweet. We very much appreciate yall🖤
