Perfect location! Great condo, very well equipped and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice, it was even better in person! Extra thought and items for beach use, kitchen supplies and to make you feel at home. Adam was very easy to work with and always responded in a timely manner to questions we had.

Great place to stay and convenient to all things Foley and Gulf Shores! Also very clean and well setup place!

Great location. Short distance to several grocery stores and some good restaurants nearby. Subdivision pool was large and although the water was a little too warm, it was good to get away from sand for a bit. The beach club was awesome. The shuttle was timely and easy to use. Beautiful beach with loungers and umbrellas. I would return to this area and this villa!

Allison’s place is the best place to stay in fairhope. Beautiful apartment in the best location. She is so sweet and helpful. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will continue to in the future!

Jacki had the place set up so nicely. It had everything needed to cook inside (pots, pans, utensils, dishware, spices, etc.) on stove top & microwave. Outside, they have a nice park-style charcoal grill. The setup for being a cozy place was absolutely perfect, had plenty of room, and it was laid out to make it feel plenty spacious. Very comfortable recliner couch, bar seating in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable, bathroom very nice, super neat modern shower. Really enjoyed the woodsy environment, very quiet. She had wood for the fire-pit, and it's a very nice pit with great seating around it. Jacki was super nice to work with. A+++ for me.

the home was beautiful and well stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom towels. we drank all the coffee and some of the tea and ate the snacks provided. everything was very clean quiet and we really enjoyed our stay although we came up to surprise the gbabies for Christmas so we didn't really venture out much as it was cold. great communication with Shannon as she is very accommodating. I thought the Keurig was broken and I contacted her and within minutes she ordered another one for us..husband pushed the thing down and it was fixed so I just put the new one in the laundry room. anyhow I can't say not 1 bad thing as everything was great...thank you for an amazing house to stay in as the kiddos loved all the games and Legos and alligator on the wall...lol... definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great host and home!!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!!

I chose Gina’s place because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed! She’s done a great job with remodeling and decor . She is truly excellent with communication. When we first pulled up to the building- I was a little concerned. It is an old building and there are some aspects that cannot be changed. But as for Gina’s condo- it’s lovely in every way. It was perfect for my husband and I for a weekend get away. If you come to the area- please try Bear Fruit Bowls and coffee!! I was so excited to try this- wonderful!! And there is a great Thai food truck we tried that was amazing! Huge portions- reasonable prices. We agreed that we need to come again!

I am not one to write long reviews anymore and maybe I'm a "man of few words" - but I have to take a moment to say that this listing is one of the best in Fairhope! Karin & Kiefer do such a great job with communication and prep. The space is clean and well maintained! And considering there is an operating bar and coffee shop below the listing it's still incredible how it all works together. If you are looking for a quiet spot on a Saturday night then look elsewhere. But if you are looking for a fun spot, in the middle of town, with exciting people, well maintained property in walking distance to everything then this is your spot! And the band stops playing at 10pm anyway so there is plenty of time for quiet after that! Never change this environment! There is always such fun in the air you can't help but smile!

A perfect place for the family met my expectations. The host was very attentive to everything when we had an incident with the air conditioning not working but we had prompt assistance. I hope to return on my next vacation.
