New, Beautiful, 3/2 House w Pool & Hot Tub

This is our third year at Jay’s place in Chico and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. It is so close to everything, big enough for our family, and the pool + hot tub is always looked forward to. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Monte and Jim's property. It was another easy, comfortable visit--clean, comfortable, private. We appreciate the dog and kid-friendly space and will prioritize staying here again when we are in the area.

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

Cottage By The Creek on Bidwell Ave

If you're attending a show at Laxson Auditorium - this place is a gem. We were able to walk to the venue through the beautiful CSU campus and felt safe. Bike riding is amazing not only around the campus but to the downtown area. The house has every little thing one could possibly need. Everything was top quality and quite thoughtful.

This was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had! The place was PERFECT for a group, and it had everything you could possibly need (extra towels, tons of space for hanging, lots of games/activities). I really appreciated Sara Rose's prompt, helpful responses to my questions. The vintage charm was such a treat. I can't recommend this home enough!

We needed a place to do admin work. We also had 3 small children and the place was perfect for what we needed and the kids enjoyed the back yard and the pool!

Luxury Retreat near Bidwell Park | Pool & Hot Tub

Very comfortable and nicely decorated home and yard the photos really don’t do it justice. Nice amenities in the showers and nespresso and spices in the kitchen! Hot tub is a small 4 person, but private especially with another house on the property. Peaceful neighborhood located only 2 -3 miles to downtown Chico and CSUC. Bidwell Park in walking distance. If you’re looking for a place to bbq and relax by the pool with family or friends this is it.

Stansbury House- Pool & Family Fun

My family and I recently stayed a Laurie's place in Chico for a week. We loved the pool! We walked daily in Lower Bidwell Park which is located just 3 blocks from the house. The house was spacious for our group of 8. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but Laurie was very responsive and worked hard to rectify the situation. The house could use a few cosmetic updates, such as plumbing fixtures, but compared to other similar size houses in the area, this house was in better shape than most and the price was reasonable.

I felt so grateful to stay at such an incredible place. The views were unbelievable. The space is huge and has everything you might want. Angeleyna and team were very responsive and accommodating. Such a gorgeous, tranquil and totally zenned out stay. Thank you.
