Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

Beautiful and easy little cottage, lovely porch with wonderful big swing to nap on with the pup, luscious huge lawn to feel space and privacy, and absolutely beautiful lake view, easy rock step into shallow section to launch our floaties and Wayne’s paddle boards. Easy living with picnic table and great Weber grill, and second small fridge in the boat house. A keeper!

We had a wonderful stay at Vasily’s home. The host is a responsive host and the home is uncluttered, which helped us easily navigate the new environment with young children. South Windsor has a lot to offer, with its long rural roads leading to well-made public parks and well-designed commercial areas. The Library is impressive, and the expansive children’s department is actually on its own floor. The tenant on the lower level of the home was friendly and helpful to us in a pinch, which we certainly appreciated. It was a lovely place, and we would certainly consider it again should life ever bring us back to South Windsor. Many thanks.

We stayed here on our way to Stowe to break up our long drive with an 8 and 2 year old. It ended up being a wonderful mini trip that we didn't want to leave. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, cleanliness, and amenities. And the location was excellent - about 10 to 12 min to the nearest grocery store and downtown with restaurants, Edith Wharton's estate about 20 min away, and Great Barrington/Stockbridge were easily accessible for day trips. We plan to come back for skiing, and to take advantage of the lake activities in the summer. The only downside was the busy road, as mentioned in the listing, but the traffic quieted down in the evening and it didn't affect our sleep at night with the bedrooms located in the back of the house (husband is a very light sleeper; we did bring and use sound machines just in case).

So tranquil! Julie’s place was the perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. So much natural sunlight, and a beautifully clean and updated kitchen. We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the kitchen pots/pans/knives. Everything was so clean and cozy, we will definitely return!

My girlfriend and I spent four nights days at Joe and Jess’s beautiful home for a much needed vacation after the holidays. We spent most of our days/nights in the sunroom playing board games and watching movies with the beautiful view of the lake. It snowed halfway through our stay and the snow on the lake made it truly feel like we were in a winter wonderland. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. We would love to come back during the warmer months and explore the lake as well as some of the hiking trails nearby.

Beautiful space, super fun closet full of toys for the little ones. Amazing music and movie collections. Only critique is that there are a lot of ladybugs in the front bedroom, so if you have small children or hate bugs, just be aware that they might be there. Everything else was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were exactly as stated, comfortable, roomy, very clean and convenient to amenities. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the beds were comfortable even for older adults and children. The surroundings were incredibly picturesque, beautiful yard for outdoor activities and lovely mountainous views. The host was very accommodating to our needs and for that we are very thankful. We would definitely stay again.

This Airbnb is so homey. We enjoyed our stay and will rent it again.

Donna is a warm and friendly host, and provided all the settling-in information we needed. Her apartment rental is roomy and well-equipped. It's also well-situated for exploring all that the five-colleges area has to offer, and Florence is a very walkable town. We were very comfortable in the apartment — felt at home and enjoyed ourselves greatly!

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Cute, well-appointed basement apartment. You have to go down a long set of outdoor stairs to the entrance, it was tricky for me and would be prohibitive for a person with a handicap. However, the way is well lit, I felt safe coming in at night. It really is a woodland location--a family of deer were hanging around right outside the back door--but it's close to UMass and the town. Owners are on site and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend this apartment if you're visiting someone at UMass or attending an event in Amherst.

Great place. I’m from Shelburne Falls so it was nice to be “home”. The place was extremely clean and cozy. Everything was super easy. I would highly recommend this place. It’s a beautiful setting with great views of the mountains, bridge of flowers and quaint little village.

Had an amazing stay at Traci’s place, love the view and peaceful surrounding., I would definitely go back again.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

The place was super cute and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was adorable and quiet; a really nice place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I loved the neighborhood. Super close drive to Main Street with shops, great coffee shops (although a Keureg fully loaded with coffees and tea options was available at the house) restaurants and things to do were close by. Had an amazing stay! The location couldn't be better for skiing at Berkshire East—it’s literally just across the parking lot, which made it so easy to get on and off the slopes. The house itself was super warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to cook up some great meals without any issues. Definitely planning to stay here again next time we're skiing at Berkshire East! Highly recommend!
