Je recommande vivement cet Airbnb tant pour l’appartement qui est propre et très bien équipé que par rapport à notre hôte qui est très réactive. Les beaux-parents de l’hôte vivent à côté, en cas de soucis ils sont là. Ils sont présents et discrets, ce qui rend le séjour agréable

Everything is as it say it is, we were there for 2month, it would have been nicer if a setting chair or recliner or love seat was available my wife and I had to spend a lot of time setting in the bed to watch tv for relaxing was a challenge for long stay. You can’t beat the hospitality, the owner made sure that they go out their way to give you privacy. A 5-star for the house cleaning lady. When we come back to Merida this will be our 1st choice, finally they are always investing in beautification of the property with plants it shows. 5 star.

Alejandro is a wo derful host, I was a little I'll and he went out of his way to recommend and make me a medical appointment with a doctor he knew, his place is beautiful, he is very responsive and very polite. We loved our stay there.

Home away from home! Our stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Its walkable to all, like restaurants and especially the beach. The host response to all questions and very friendly.

Absolutamente quedaría en este apartamento otra vez en el futuro. Lo tiene un balcón genial, es fácil cocinar y vivir, es seguro, los anfitriones responden rápidamente a cualquier cosa, y está en un ubicación accesible a los mejores atracciones de Mérida. No queríamos irnos después de sola una semana.

La atención siempre fue increíble el lugar muy lindo y limpio de acuerdo a la descripción, lo único es que como es zona del centro hay mucho movimiento y ruido a todas horas lo cual es normal por la zona, todo te queda muy cerca eso si, disfruté mucho mi estancia, súper cómodo!

Very nice condo on the 11th floor of a high rise complex with floor to ceiling window wall and great views of a lake, greenbelt and the La Isla mall, inside the larger private gate guarded community of Cabo Norte residential. Beautiful tree lined streets and greenbelt areas with lakes and a great place for walks. Nice well equipped and maintained gym and a huge outdoor swimming pool and lounge area. The mall is right there with restaurants, movie theater, lots of shopping and ice cream and smoothie shops and a large department store with a basic market for water and supplies. I really enjoyed my stay in Merida and would definitely go back again. I highly recommend Mayra's place. Great place!

The condo was beautiful and spacious, a lovely space to relax and enjoy beach time in the Yucatan. It was very quiet there. We appreciated having kayaks to use in the shallow gulf waters. The lack of an elevator was a challenge when carrying up luggage the first night, but not much of a problem otherwise. We loved the deck with comfortable seating and a hammock. The pool and hot tub were nice, too. Be prepared with travel information and groceries, though, to make good use of your exploring time there! You can also ask Rick for suggestions.
