Nadia è stata disponibilissima! Posizione ottima anche per visitare Bologna e Modena. Casa pulitissima e ordinata!

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!”

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Ce site est magnifique et on voit Pierluigi s'en occuper tous les jours en silence et discrétion. Un endroit idéal pour réunir plusieurs familles comme ce fut le cas pour nous. C'est immense,une des chambres peut être transformé en dortoir de 8 ados tellement elle est grande, il y a deux salles à manger immenses dont une contient une table d'au moins 20 personnes tout en laissant la place pour que le neveu de 3 ans se fatigue a faire de la draisienne autour et l'autre au moins de 10. On a eu quelques petits problèmes d'intendance et de frigo mais un simple message sur l'application Airbnb et Pierluigi vient trouver une solution. Bref une très belle expérience. Concernant son chien, pluto, il a ete très sociable avec notre chien de gabarit moyen et d'humeur joueuse. On le voit à peine. Par contre, en été il fait très chaud mais la piscine très bien entretenue également est parfaite pour aider a supporter la température. Bravo et bonne continuation.

Wow! Wir haben die Unterkunft eigentlich nur für einen Zwischenstopp unseres Roadtrips gebucht, waren aber total begeistert. Der Spa Bereich ist super entspannend und einladend. Die Suite war gemütlich, sauber und groß. Der Host sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schade dass wir nur so kurz hier waren. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! :) Gäbe es mehrere Sterne, würde ich mehr als 5 geben :)

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria!

La casa di Thomas è davvero un amore: curata nei minimi dettagli, piena di complementi d’arredo carinissimi fatti a mano da Thomas, comoda, funzionale, con personalità. Viene voglia di passarci del tempo (e infatti abbiamo persino ospitato degli amici modenesi per cena, poiché lo spazio è davvero accogliente e familiare, perfetto per una cena intima tra amici). Ci sono tutti i confort che spesso non pensiamo nemmeno di cercare in un soggiorno di un weekend. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Letti davvero comodi, condominio silenzioso, bagno nuovo e pulitissimo (come tutti gli ambienti), cucina super accessoriata. Unica valutazione che non posso fare è sulla distanza a piedi dal centro, poiché ci siamo spostati sempre in macchina (parcheggio gratuito sotto al palazzo). Thomas è gentile e attento, comunicazione rapida e impeccabile, ci è anche venuto incontro al check out quando gli abbiamo chiesto del tempo in più per vari disguidi. Esperienza assolutamente positiva. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!
