One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool, which became our go-to spot for unwinding during the warm afternoons. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape surrounded by nature, warm hospitality, and simple joys, MND Farm in Channarayapatna is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to visit again.

The Haven apartment of Cicada properties is located in a remote place that is easily reachable via an unpaved road. It is surrounded by wonderfully smelling coffee plants. It is the most peaceful place to wake up, walk around and play board games. The breakfast consists of plenty of different south Indian dishes. The dinner menu is extensive enough to vary every day. The quality and quantity of the food are great. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place to stay. Would 100% recommend!

We, a family of six, cannot express how delightful the experience was from start to finish. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Even prior to reaching the estate, Mehaal was always available to answer any questions. Mehaal and his caretaker Chandra were phenomenal hosts. Their hospitality was unparalleled, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were attentive to every detail, providing a tour of the lovely estate, and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation itself was nothing short of fantastic. The space was well-maintained, clean, and traditionally decorated. It was evident that Mehaal takes great pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests. The decor, well equipped kitchen, clean and well-kept bathrooms, and bedrooms, all contributed to an inviting atmosphere. In summary, our stay at Mehaal’s Airbnb was exceptional. I totally recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy with family. The host's family stay in the ground floor and werè very warm and accomodative with our requests since we were with an infant. If you plan to visit Shravanabelagola, Halebeedu, Belur etc, or just need a pitstop before you head to Chikmanglur or Sakleshpur, this is an absolute best choice. This stay is closer to all these locations and very serene. Within a few meters from the house, you can find the hemavathi river, where one can spend some leisure time. Overall, it's a great place with responsive caretaker, where you can feel at home and enjoy your vacation. Just one con was that they did not provide home cooked food due to the cook being unavailable. Not sure if this was a one off case.

What a Host and What a Stay! From the moment we checked in, Mr. Sharath’s warm interaction made us feel like guests in their home. I’ve stayed in a few coffee estate stays before, but Chittaki was truly special. We were a group of friends seeking a peaceful 2-night break, and we got more than we expected — a beautiful, independent home surrounded by nature, away from city chaos. The terrace and living room setup were perfect to unwind. The homemade food was delicious, and the bonfire and barbecue arrangements were spot on. What made it even more enriching was learning about coffee’s history and the journey planters has to go through. The estate tour was the cherry on top. A big thanks to Saurav for crafting the perfect menu and guiding us throughout. After a long time, we felt this close to nature. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and truly relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Sachin's. Sachin himself was extremely responsive, available to answer any questions, not just about the property, but also our commute and local recommendations. The property itself was awesome! Nice, serene location in the middle of coffee plantation. The caretaker is extremely responsive and willing to customize food options. We asked for meals on banana leaf, and it was taken care of! I will stay again at this place if I am in the region again

A great place, very clean, very professional communication from property owner, had AC, Wifi, TV with cable, Washing machine, Inverter for power backup, Water purifier, stove and gas. There is also separate room and toilet for driver(charged extra). A minor draw back is that it had only one western style toilet and the other one was Indian style. Overall I would rate excellent.

Excellent place to stay at to wind down from the clutter of the city. Not a lot to do around the place, so this one is for the ones who really want to spend time with loved ones and family, at a place away from home with beautiful views, top class place - which has a very well maintained and developed set up. Only things to critique would be the rough terrain leading to the place and the barbecue being very sub-par in terms of the taste and variety for the price paid per person. That being said, the food from the main menu is on the money.
