Chilaw : locations de vacances

I visited the Villa, hoping to stay with my family. However, the two rooms were rather cramped, and we would have needed to sleep with our young children. This led me to find alternative accommodations. For a family without infants, it would be quite suitable. I'm writing this review to commend the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Alex and Miss. Damayanthi. They refunded my payment upon seeing that the room wasn't suitable for my young children, demonstrating a humanitarian approach beyond simply focusing on business. Kudos to the entire family.

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

This place was just perfect for our stay . As described the place was just 15mins away from the international airport . The host gave us a warm welcome into their house which is maintained very well . We were very impressed . The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city . The entire floor with 2 bedrooms , a washroom and a lovely terrace is for the guests . The washroom could have been a little more cleaner . What stood out for us was the kitchen . It is essentially equipped and the host was so humble and offered us the essentials from her kitchen . We stayed with my 1 year old and it is undoubtedly child friendly . The place is exactly same as shown in the pictures . Highly recommended for families . Thank you for the hospitality !

The apartment is very well located, there are lots of restaurants, shops and small supermarkets around and the beach is just two minutes away. The pool at the Rooftop is very nice - with a view over the sea and the gym has everything you need for a little workout. The apartment has a small balcony with seaview and was clean, but for the kitchen i first had to buy some dishwasher liquid and fresh sponges to wash the dishes clean. All in all a very nice apartment i would book again.

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

This was close to paradise and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in around the world. We loved the stylish design of the buildings, filled with art, the well maintained gardens and the beautiful pool which we had all to ourselves for two days. Dinesh, VJ and the rest of the staff were always in attendance with help and thoughtful gestures. Breakfast was delicious and more than we could eat. The bananas and star fruit straight from the tree were delicious. Dinesh arranged taxis and tuk tuks for us and a highlight was a his and hers massage in the spa room. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara, the owner and talk to her about her collection of art and artefacts. The rooms were very spacious with an excellent modern en- suite and tall ceilings. An idyllic two night stay to begin our journey around Sri Lanka and recuperate after a long flight from the UK. Do not hesitate to book at this beautiful oasis....we can't wait to return!

Nous avons passé 8 jours merveilleux dans la superbe maison de Nayan. si vous rêvez d'une superbe villa de 220 m2 sur la plage, au milieu des cocotiers, loin de la foule touristique,alors n'hésitez pas, venez chez Nayan. Pradeep et sa femme seront au petit soin pour vous, il se ferons un plaisir de faire vos courses , cuisiner vos repas, d'entretenir le jardin et la piscine. Martinez saura vous conseiller, que ce soit pour vos achats,vos déplacements,ou vos visites, vous n'avez plus qu'à vous laissez vivre. Merci à Nayan de m'avoir fait découvrir cet endroit paradisiaque, qui pour moi est la plus belle, la plus agréable, des 5 villas que nous avons loué pendant notre séjour de 6 semaines. C'est promis nous reviendrons.

I had the most incredible stay at Villa Mika, and I truly can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into my own private oasis. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The indoor pool was a dream—I loved starting my mornings with a swim and unwinding in the evenings, just floating under the soft lighting. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Sira, the villa’s housekeeper. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. His kindness and dedication made all the difference. He is, without a doubt, the hidden gem of this villa! Villa Mika is a tropical paradise, offering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway in Negombo, this is the place to be.

Beyond perfect. We loved this wonderful house and the paradise garden. 🥰 It felt like home. Thanks for this perfect start to our trip. Madura and his wonderful family were so welcoming and warm-hearted. We got so many helpful advices and one could feel that Madura wanted to ensure that we feel comfortable all the time. The place is so peaceful and beautiful. You can easily reach shops, restaurants and so on by TukTuk. The neighbour is a TukTuk driver and he and his family were also always so helpful and nice. We will come again!
