Great space. Clean. Good location. The kids loved running around the well-maintained garden. Filtered water was a great touch.

This was a great stay! As soon as my group and I walked in, we were amazed at how beautiful the place was. The space is very open as well as very comfortable. The location is great as it was private and quiet yet it was still really easy to get to the town center by foot. Over would definitely recommend this place!

Our family of 4 (with a 3 and a 7 year old) stayed here for the month of February and LOVED this place. We legitimately are planning on returning for the fall. Gorgeous three bedroom, 2.5 bath. Comfortable couch and beds. Beautiful light and great airflow. The neighbors were all lovely and the house is walking distance from some community squares with welcoming locals and great street food. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, communication was solid, and we really appreciated the weekly cleanings. Things to note: - The living room/dining/kitchen has high ceilings - there is a very loud echo. Like, very loud. - The house could really use some baking sheets and a vacuum - You are a 30 minute walk into Antigua town Honestly, this place is awesome.

Alessandra’s house is fully equipped and well located (in a nice and secure neighborhood) just a 10 minute walk to Antigua’s central park. Had a wonderful weekend, highly recommended!

True to the other reviews, the steep driveway required assistance from the house staff to expertly drive up. Once a the house it’s an incredible place to be. Beautiful views, comfortable amenities. We arranged for a chef to cook dinner for us and the hotel next door has a great menu as well. They even offered to bring it to us. Highly recommend!

La casa muy linda, muy bien equipada y super bien ubicada. El servicio de limpieza y los amenities de 1era!!! felicitaciones!!! les volveré a utilizar primero Dios!!! Solo unas sugerencias, por el cambio climático, antes no era necesario el aire acondicionado en Antigua. En el segundo nivel, si es necesario el aire acondicionado, también que le ponga a las ventanas sedazo por los mosquitos y en la habitación que tiene la litera, algo para colocar ropa y maletas. Nice place to stay for a bit, super walkable to the gym and the park. A bit dark inside since there’s only one window and it’s on street level so we didn’t want to keep it open all the time. The door opens straight from the street into the apartment so it also gets pretty loud - you can hear every single conversation, car, motorcycle, truck, etc. Otherwise it’s a really easy and comfortable stay (:

Appartement privé dans une rue sécurisée, conforme à la description, facile à vivre. Environ 10 à 15 mn à pied pour aller à la place centrale, 5 mn du marché et du couvent de la recoleccion. Petit jardin partagé. A recommander donc.

El Solar was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Antigua. It is centrally located on a quiet street a couple blocks away from Arco de Santa Catalina and within easy walking distance of several attractions as well as pick up points for out of town excursions. Despite arriving around 9PM, we were able to check in and access the unit via lock box. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults. The apartment included Wi-Fi and a 5 gallon water dispenser which were both extremely helpful to have. The host was very responsive through the AirBnb App. During our stay, we ran into a small issue that the host immediately addressed. We were also able to store our bags in the host's office for a few hours after checkout. The host was also able to put us in contact with a private driving service that transported us to and from the airport for a reasonable cost. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and we look forward to returning the during our next visit.

Me encantó el lugar, lindo, super limpio, amplio, el agua en abundancia, jardines hermosos, lavadora, me volvería a quedar encantada pero si compran camas nuevas, lamentablemente están demasiado usadas y viejas solo se sienta uno y truenan y 2 horas duele la espalda y cintura. Pero definitivamente es una casa preciosa y demasiado limpia, solo las camas necesitamos para descansar bien. a pesar de estar en calle bulliciosa, la casa está hasta adentro NO se escucha nada de ruido. (primer nivel) EN el patio delantero parquean motos pero la gente muy educada y silenciosa. me encantó el detalle de espejo grande y plancha, refrigerador grande y estufa también muy limpios. Quedé encantada y con muchas ganas de regresar.

Apartamento cómodo y bien equipado con una ubicación inmejorable. Las zonas comunes, el patio y la terraza, son muy agradables. Muy recomendable.

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

I had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, and extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and provided excellent communication throughout my visit. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future. Five stars all around!

Este lugar está hermoso, super cómodo y sobre todo cerca de todo. Tienes un mall que cuentas con restaurantes, tiendas para comprar cualquier cosa que olvidases & lo mejor de todo la Estación del buss que te lleva directamente para Antigua Guatemala! Lo recomiendo, tiene de todo para cocinar, es super frío pero ellos te tienen muchas frisas y un heater para que no pases frío! 100%% recomendable y los host siempre pendiente a todo❤️❤️

I cannot recommend this airbnb enough. I have lived in and out of airbnbs for the last 5 years, and this one might be my favorite of all time. The villa is beautiful, the grounds of the complex are amazing, and every person working on staff is so unbelievably friendly and welcoming. As a solo female traveler, I could not have felt safer or more comfortable. The complex is also the perfect distance from town; it's just around the corner but you truly feel like you have your own sanctuary. Apart from the airbnb exceeding any expectations, DeeAnn is one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever had. She was always available for any questions and recommendations. Her kindness throughout my month stay is something so special that made Antigua feel like home so quickly. I will only stay at this Airbnb every time I return to Antigua.

A beautiful home, that felt safe thanks to the 24/7 security who were really friendly. The responsive host made life really easy, and we were in good walkable distance to everything, and in close proximity to some lovely restaurants!
