China Lake Acres : locations de vacances

My wife and I got away to Ridgecrest for a long weekend and Elizabeth's place was perfect! The house was super clean and well appointed. They even had a lovely basket of snacks in the kitchen and a little chalkboard that greeted us by name. So many thoughtful touches went into making our stay great. We did a couple of day trips - one to Kernville and one to Death Valley. We loved being 90 minutes away from both the desert and the mountains. One tip: If you day trip to Death Valley and stay for sunset, it's kind of a long drive through the middle of nowhere to get back to Ridgecrest. It's certainly doable, but we're definitely glad we didn't have any car trouble because there's no cell service for the majority of the drive. We would definitely stay in Elizabeth's place again!

As a solo traveler with my small dog, these accommodations were truly unique and perfect! Rhonda was incredibly accommodating and gracious, and she went above and beyond to help me when I unfortunately locked myself out at around 11 pm. A friendly tip: remember the door code if you walk outside and the door closes, and your phone is inside, preventing you from accessing the information. 😅 The location is a bit out of town, situated on a dirt road at the end of a street. Be prepared for breathtaking sunsets! I highly recommend staying here. However, I must warn you about the intense wind that starts up when the sun sets and continues throughout the night. Hold on tight when you step outside!

We love coming to RockyTop Ranch! Such a peaceful and beautiful place! We will continue coming here for years to come! Such a great way to escape and unwind!

Perfect place to get out in the wilderness and stargaze at night. It is far away enough to feel like a vacation, but close enough to visit the mountains and lake. John (the host) was very nice and helpful. The house was very cute and clean and pre-heated by our host :) The beds were comfy and the linens were clean. We had a wonderful time exploring the property and Al (our dog) had a blast running and rolling around in the yard. Great getaway!

Experience was great, had a great time using the patio and the ping pong table. Was pet friendly and the house was clean. Little bit far from Deathvalley (2.5hrs) if thats where you want to go but otherwise 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s home! We were a group of six friends spending the weekend in Death Valley National Park. Rebecca’s house was a convenient place for us to travel to the park. We spent little time in the house, but the rooms, facilities, and amenities were just as described. We did get to use the fire pit one of the nights which made for a perfect and pleasant night. Rebecca was very responsive and provided detailed and helpful instructions of her house. Everything was very well explained so that we could refer to the instructions if we ever had questions. We also appreciated her list of local recommendations. We went to a couple of the restaurants on her list which were very good. We would definitely recommend anybody traveling to the parks to stay at Rebecca’s!

The little house was perfect for our short trip to Ridgecrest. It had everything we needed, including a pack n play for our baby which was a great bonus. House was super easy to find and was easily accessible to local eateries and activities.

Olivia was very friendly and helpful. The house overall is nice. As she mentioned in the description, there are some areas that still need attention. There were a lot of useful amenities, plenty of kitchen and house hold items, as well as games, books and outdoor fun for kids.
