The apartment was amazing. The place is what we expected and what they show on the photos listed. Most importantly is how they serve us with recommendations and really good communication. Even when we forgot something at their place our items were delivered to us on time and without losing anything! Great host. Ofc will come back!

La estancia fue simplemente perfecta. El apartamento estaba impecable, tal como en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). Muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a todo. La decoración era moderna y acogedora, y no faltó ningún detalle: desde café y té disponibles hasta toallas extra y unas camas comodísimas. El anfitrión fue muy atento, respondió rápidamente a cualquier consulta y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Se nota que se preocupa por ofrecer una experiencia excelente. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Totalmente recomendado para quien busque comodidad, limpieza y una gran atención al detalle.

I had an incredible experience staying at Raul’s place! From the beginning, his communication was excellent—he was always responsive, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The check-in process was seamless, and Ernesto, who welcomed us, was also wonderful. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location to explore the area. Everything was exactly as described, and Raul went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He even helped us with transportation recommendations, which made getting around so much easier. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. Best Airbnb I’ve used in Manizales! Well decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The apartment was clean and importantly had a consistent supply of hot water (not common in Colombia). They really thought about the amenities travelers need - they had everything I needed and more! There’s a wonderful balcony that shows off some beautiful views of Manizales. The location is great - walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and mall.
