Chinchón : locations d'appartements de vacances

Pequeño apartamento en Tetuan al lado del metro y muy cerca de la Castellana. Es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Muy limpio y confortable. Zona tranquila y bien comunicada con todo tipo de servicios al lado. Llegada autónoma fácil y cómoda. Plaza de garaje incluida, que con alguna que otra maniobra, entra hasta un coche grande (Tengo un Hyundai Tucson). Para una estacia corta en Madrid es ideal. Repetiremos!

Ravies de notre séjour chez Andréa. Les explications sur le logement sont détaillées et claires. L'appartement correspond aux photos, propre , fonctionnel, literies confortables et surtout proche du métro et de la ligne de bus. Nous avons ainsi pu tout faire à pieds c'etait top. ( visite de Madrid mais aussi 3 autres villes Toledo, Segovia, et Aranjuez qui sont rapidement accessible en train) Andréa a été réactive à nos demandes , toujours présente rapidement pour nous répondre et nous donner des conseils. A recommander 👍👍👍

Casa muito agradável, com as funcionalidades e comodidades necessárias à minha estadia. Os anfitriões foram impecáveis comigo, do princípio ao fim. A casa fica localizada num bairro sossegado, onde também existe comércio tradicional em abundância, para as compras necessárias. A casa é muito segura, com boas janelas e excelente fechadura. O banho é quente e a cama é confortável. O sofá também. Boa conectividade, em termos de Internet. Gostei muito e espero voltar a ficar aqui quando regressar a Madrid.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

Appartement très bien situé et muni de nombreux articles de toilette et de cuisine. Literie de qualité. Propreté et accueil impeccables! Je recommande vivement

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

Sin duda alguna, un excelente lugar.. Y Alicia de las mejores anfitrionas..

The stay was great. We were greeted by a host who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities needed. The location couldn’t be any better. It is right in the center of shopping and restaurants, and has tons of public transportation options to get all over the city very easily.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. We had an amazing time.

I can't say enough about the location!! I'm not a shopper but this location was just around the corner from Gran Via - which has anything and everything you would ever want! Great and abundant food options steps away in every direction, plus large parks close and further distances away. The Royal Palace is an easy 10 minute walk as is Puerta del Sol. I like to walk miles and miles and miles, so in addition to those locations above, I walked to the University and to Parque Retiro and other areas that I felt were very walkable from this location, including the Very Fun and Most Excellent Mercado San Miguel. I can't say enough about it! Felipe was VERY HELPFUL and responsive with my questions before check-in, and everything was so perfect I didn't need to talk to him afterwards at all!

Marta's place is well located, spacious, comfortable beds. the 2nd bathroom is helpful. you can walk to many tourist attractions like la gran Via, Puerta del Sol, el oso y el madreño, etc. we really liked.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located. There are 3 metro stations within a 5 to 10-minute walk which allows access to two different metro lines. Many of the tourist destinations are also within 15 to 20 minutes. The apartment was quiet and well-insulated from street noise. Ammar was also a great host and very responsive. We had a problem with the washer, and he came to fix it that same afternoon. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to be in Centro!

Excelente! 🔝🔝 Ni una sola pega! extra limpio, acogedor, tranquilo. Dan ganas de quedarse a vivir! controlado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Las instrucciones para llegar son precisas y Raquel siempre estuvo atenta y disponible. Se mostró flexibile a la hora de hacer check-out más tarde. Sin duda repetiriamos, lo recomendamos 100%

Tivemos uma excelente experiência com o Anfitrião. Houve um problema com o disjuntor, e ele prontamente contratou um eletricista para resolver a situação. O apartamento é espaçoso e muito bem localizado.

Nuestra estancia con Sara fue espectacular, siempre pendiente desde el momento de la reserva para ofrecernos la experiencia completa y a nuestro gusto. El apartamento estaba con la calefacción para nuestra llegada. Nos hizo llegar recomendaciones de los alrededores para ver y comer. E incluso tuvo varios detalles en nuestra estancia que nos encantaron. Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos en Casas Toya con Sara como anfitriona es un 10!!!!

Cozy, safe, and comfortable apartment central to all things in Madrid! My husband and I had a lovely stay at Raquel’s place. Very communicative host who provided all we needed for our stay! We would absolutely come again!

Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!

appartamento molto bello su 3 piani. Divertente e originale, arredato con molto gusto. Mobili nuovi, ordinato, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni, abbiamo girato a piedi. Negozio alimentari vicini, ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni. A un passo dai musei d arte.

Super recomendado desde la ubicacion hasta la comodidad del apart, Gigi es excelente siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros para que Nuestra estancia fuera placentera! Este sera Nuestro alojamiento para nuestros futuros viajes…. Muchas gracias por todo!!

La estancia fue genial, la casa es tal como aparece en las fotos. Buen patio que para cuando haga buen tiempo, es una pasada!! La casa está muy bien ubicada, a 5 min de Segovia y de la Granja, y a 20 min de la Sierra de Navacerrada. La propietaria muy amable y muy pendiente y contesta súper rápido!! Muchas gracias por la estancia!!
