Really good value for a 4 bedroom house, and very convenient for transport links supermarket etc. Third time our group has stayed here. The midday checkout takes the pressure off on the last day. Speedy and straightforward communication - thanks Dholma.

A lovely chalet, perfect for our family of 4, good value and had everything we needed for a weekend. The hot tub was a great touch, we loved it! And the kids loved the putting green.

We stayed for two nights at Caroline's cottage and had a lovely time. The cottage had everything that we needed for the length of stay and Caroline even kindly left us some eggs, milk and bread. The property was great for our two Cockapoos with access to gardens and walks within the local area. Would recommend this property.

Spent a lovely Xmas here. Cosy old railway cottage in a lovely and peaceful village. The kitchen/diner is a lovely room and ideal for entertaining. Can imagine that in the summer the back garden would be a lovely place to unwind. Great also to have visitor parking. Felt very homely and also dog friendly, ours was very impressed with the dog toy collection!

The Potting shed is a lovely private property with beautiful surroundings. The visual of the lake, the woods, the deer, horses and other wildlife make it really special. Really comfortable bed and good space inside rest of property. Romsey town is only 5 min drive to get food and bits. We walked all around the estate and loved it, bumped into lots of different animals and felt really safe.

Amazing stay! Took my girlfriend as a surprise and we loved it. The cabin we stayed in was great it felt warm and cosy, outside we had features along with the lake running through. Dan and Victoria were helpful and friendly, we booked the swim centre as well which I highly recommend. There’s so much to do at the location as well as going out nearby. We only did a night in march but will definitely return in the summer, as far as I’m aware we were the only couple there as there is only two cabins so it felt private. Would highly recommend!

I had a peaceful stay here in the cabin. Al and his family are kind people. The cabin is well thought out and has everything you need. It is easy to feel at home here. The garden is large and has a pleasing layout. All in all, was perfect for me. Many thanks and best regards to Al.

The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll to the river, local shops, and fantastic restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The host was also exceptional, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches throughout the home. This cottage truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience
