Where do I start? Maia's place was amazing!!! From the beautiful welcome basket when we arrived, complete with wine, snacks and hot chocolate, it was lovely. Also, I shared with Maia that we would be checking in late, and she and Craig had the porch lights on and the heat on so it was toasty inside for us, it was such a thoughtful touch. The house is clean, well laid out, and the kitchen is well stocked. It was dog friendly, and the back yard was great for our two small dogs. Bob the bluejay and his friends paid us a visit and they were quite the characters. Maia even has peanuts for you to feed them and we thoroughly enjoyed that. Maia's cabin has the best "House Guide" I've ever seen in an Air BnB, complete with manuals for the appliances as well as local menus and a full directory. Maia is responsive and oh so kind and I just want to say thank you for a wonderful stay. You are truly remarkable and we would definitely love to come back!

Sandy was so welcoming, helpful and very hospitable! We requested to book the same day and she was so quick to respond! She has a very cozy and beautiful home. We will definitely request to stay here the next time we’re in town. Thank you so much Sandy for opening your home to us 🙏🏼

This house was absolutely perfect for our winter getaway! The downstairs area had a wonderfully cozy cabin feel, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. Upstairs, the bedrooms were equally comfortable but with a more modern and stylish vibe. It was a great combination of styles that worked really well. The fireplace was a huge plus and created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also appreciated the thoughtful addition of games, which provided entertainment for everyone. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!

What an absolute hidden gem this place is! This place is like a little oasis hidden in the city! The deck is a wonderful place to rest and relax or even for dinner with a friend!

Lovely place walking distance to the beach and restaurants with many inside and outside amenities. Parking included behind the property was also a huge perk.

When we walked in, we were amazed at how open and spacious the home was. We felt at home right away. So, we were able to relax and enjoy our time there.

This home was so perfect for my family. It’s adorable. The home is super clean and so perfectly decorated and well stocked- right down to a tape measure. We had a family dinner in the back yard and it was so lovely. We wanted to just stay forever. We will definitely stay again.

Our family weekend was a success! Jon’s house blends cozy cabin vibes with modern amenities, making for a beautiful stay. We loved walking to the downtown area and taking in the scenic lake views. While Lake Arrowhead had limited activities, Lake Gregory—just a 15-minute drive away—offered all the recreation we were looking for!

Beautiful home that looked just like the photos. Even though it is in a populated neighborhood it felt very private. Had all of the amenities you could need for your stay. Upscale appliances. Hosts were super thoughtful and very responsive! Will definitely be back!!
