Good accommodation overall. We were missing some better couch for sleeping in living room. The current one was not so comfortable and kinda noisy when we were rolling over

Gutes Appartment für Familie oder auch Paare. Tolle Lage. Wir haben einen Ausflug auf Venedig gemacht. ca. 25min zum Schiff und mit dem Schiff ca. 30 min fahrt. Ruhigerer Teil von Jesolo. Direkt ein Spielplatz für Kleinkinder nebenan. Restaurants und Strand innerhalb 10min erreichbar.

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und geräumig und der Campingplatz bietet alles was das (Kinder-)herz begehrt. Im Restaurant kann man auch super mit Kindern essen gehen und der Supermarkt am Campingplatz ist schnell zu erreichen und hat alles Notwendige. Im Paket enthalten sind auch Liegen an Pool und Strand mit toller Lage. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, unkompliziert und helfen wo sie können. Große Empfehlung, vor allem für den Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse und einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und war sehr sauber. Ein eigener Parkplatz und ein eigener Strand waren noch eine tolle Zugabe. Linda war immer hilfreich und hat uns unterstützt. Wir haben jeden Tag in der Wohnung genossen.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

Nos ha encantado la estancia en el alojamiento de Marino, con el que la comunicación ha sido fácil y rápida. Desde el apartamento se llega rápido al embarcadero de Vaporetto, donde también para Alilaguna. Desde este embarcadero se llega fácilmente a San Marcos, Murano, Burano y el aeropuerto. Es una zona tranquila con un supermercado cerca, ideal para familias

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso, posizione centrale ottima, pulizia perfetta, molto confortevole e silenzioso. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Rajiha and Lorenzo are nice hosts who make us feel warm and welcomed on the island. The house is well located, clean, and has all that we need! The stairs however are quite unsafe for little ones but no problem if you watch your children at all times.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

We loved out stay in Lido,it's ideal for visiting Venice as it's easy to get to and it's away from all the bustle. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace looking out on a small canal. The host was very responsive and left very good instructions on how to get in, even a little video to help find the apartment. The beach was within easy walking distance, as was the water taxi stop. The bus passed very often if you didn't want to walk. We would definately stay here again.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

Wir waren über Silvester dort und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top- Lage und ist einfach perfekt. Eva und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr nett und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub.

Le logement de Maria est à son image... incroyable. La propreté du logement, les petites attentions (bougies allumées, bouteille de Prosecco...), mise à disposition de tout ce qu'il faut, y compris des oranges sanguines avec presse agrume pour le matin. Maria nous a envoyé tout ce qu'il fallait pour trouver le logement car elle n'a pas pu être présente, allant même jusqu'à faire une petite vidéo montrant le chemin à emprunter depuis une place pas loin. Vraiment rien à dire. Encore mille Mercis pour votre accueil qui a fait de notre séjour un souvenir incroyable. Je recommande 100 fois. Love love love!😉

Bu evden ayrılmak istemedik! Harika bir tatildi. Evin inanılmaz güzellikteki manzarasına hayran olduk. Terası ve geniş pencereleri ile Venedik’i gerçekten evin içerisinden yaşadık. Evin konumu da şehrin tadını çıkarmak için doğru bir seçim. Ev sahibimizin organize ettiği özel transfer bizi havalimanından aldı ve evimize getirdi, dönüş günümüzde bunu tekrar kullandık ve çok rahat ettik, yorulmadık. Bunu ayarladıkları için de ev sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ev sahibimiz Pietro bizi karşıladı çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, şahane zevkli dekore edilmiş evini gezdirdi, her şeyi tek tek anlattı. Aile apartmanı olması ve konumu itibariyle kendinizi her zaman güvende hissedebilirsiniz. Evin içinde sizin için her şey düşünülmüş, olumsuz tek bir şey söyleyemem. Kesinlikle bu eve geri dönmek isterdik. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle güzel Venedik!

The apartment is perfect, especially the big balcony with a view to the pool. There was everything needed for the family, all needed kitchen devices. Markus was very friendly and communicative, any questions were answered almost immediatelly. The position of the apartment is very good, about 5 minutes walking from the beach, but still in the quiet area.

Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful stay ! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a great location; its walkable to many tourist attractions. Pietro was friendly and responsive, making everything easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was such a sweet apartment, perfectly located off the Strada nuova but tucked away so it was super quiet. Groceries and markets literally across the street. Great shower, comfortable bed and Marta was helpful and responsive. A perfect stay!

Wir waren im Herbst 2024 mehrere Wochen in dem Apartment und haben eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für unsere kleine Tochter (unter 1 Jahr alt) konnten wir einen Hochstuhl und ein Babybett nutzen.   Die Lage ist fantastisch. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und die Altstadt von Venedig ist mit dem Vaporetto auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Trotzdem war die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft der Wohnung nicht touristisch. Man kriegt ein gutes Gefühl dafür, wie es ist, auf dem Lido zu leben.   Der Austausch mit Daniele und Patrizia war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden von beiden freundlich empfangen und während des Aufenthalts standen sie für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung.   Wir kommen gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder zurück!
