Gilberto and Elena were the best hosts we've ever had! They were incredibly kind and made my family and me feel right at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they were always available to help with anything we needed. The stay was comfortable, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. I highly recommend staying with them – they truly made our trip special!

We loved our stay ! Laura was a lovely host. She met us at the apartment to go over everything, checked in daily, and offered assistance if needed! Her Insta page was also suuuuper helpful finding great spots for meals. The apartment was very fresh clean, and had everything we needed! It was easy to get to, and close to whatever we needed as well. We would stay here again. Thank You!

A very warm and personal welcome from Eva who met us at the charming rustic house and showed us round. The house is well located for the beaches and historic towns and cities of the Po Delta. It is situated on a busy road but has off road parking. Its in the Po Delta so beware of mosquitos and take insect repellent.

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

La casa di Luca è uno spazio di eleganza, di arte e di bellezza. L'interno è profondamente raffinato ed estremamente pulito, il giardino è delizioso, uno spazio imprevedibile nel centro della città. é stata veramente un'esperienza estetica. Consigliatissimo.

Dalle recensioni già ottime eravamo arrivati con molte aspettative: tutte soddisfatte pienamente host gentile, sempre disponibile, reattiva, molto competente. Posto tranquillo, corrispondente alla descrizione, presenta anche un grande giardino recintato con uno spazio bimbi/amache e sdraio. Utensili nell'appartamento ottimi e sufficienti (lavatrice stendino pentole piatti ecc) Camera perfetta, pulita curata nei dettagli, lenzuola pulitissime, clima. Prima spiaggia a 15 minuti, luoghi d'interesse vicini, ottimo per il cicloturismo. Molto meglio di quanto mi potessi immaginare per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Torneremo sicuramente

Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

We had an amazing stay in Venice! Pietro and Caterina were so helpful and kind! This is in a great location close to a water taxi pickup area and a close walk to major attractions.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet appartement entre amies et nous l’avons adoré. Tout était parfait : propreté absolument impeccable, appartement fonctionnel, joliment décoré, literie confortable. Le rooftop est tellement agréable ! De plus, nous avons apprécié les petites attentions : dans le frigo, notre hôte avait laissé de quoi prendre un bon petit déjeuner pour nous 5 ainsi qu’une bouteille de Prosecco et des biscuits… Dans la salle de bain, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour se préparer (shampoing et après shampoing pantène, gel douche de qualité, lingettes démaquillantes, sèche cheveux). L’emplacement est parfait (à 1min à pieds de la place San Marco et de la Fenice). Notre hôte à été très réactif pour répondre à mes messages en nous a aidé à trouver un taxiboat notamment. Un accueil et un service irréprochables !

Paolo hat den Check-In übernommen und war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Er hat uns alles super erklärt und war sehr bemüht, dass für uns alles reibungslos läuft. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön inklusive kleinem Garten/Terrasse, was in Venedig nicht so selbstverständlich ist und wir die Lage ist perfekt um schnell überall hinzugelangen. Campo San Giacomo ist mein Lieblingsplatz in Venedig, also sehr zu empfehlen (;

La casa di Raffaella ed Armando, è perfetta per chi vuole soggiornare a Venezia, senza essere travolto dalla confusione. È possibile raggiungere Venezia in autobus ed in treno. I consigli di Raffaella e suo marito, sono stati preziosi per visitare Venezia, oltre i luoghi turistici.

L'appartement est merveilleux baigné de lumière avec une vue sur les tois de Venise à 360 C. Grand avec une belle décoration, un joli parquet... la terrasse pour boire un verre au coucher du soleil. L'emplacement est parfait, proche de tous les lieux touristiques mais au calme... La communication a été facile... Je reviendrai à Venise juste pour cet appartement...

It’s very easy to reach Ursula. She is very responsive and prompt in answering any question. She even recommended useful tips and suggestions that made our stay worthwhile. The location is safe, accessible to transportation, and reasonable accommodation. I would rate her place as the top from among the 3 places we have stayed. The description of the property on the website is close to our expectation. We are satisfied customers.

It was exactly what we had hoped for as far as location and authentic accommodation. It was Venice at its best. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. Lucio was a very nice host and explained everything about the unit , rubbish disposal, location of supermarket and restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment when visiting Venice.

We had an amazing 7 day stay at Piera’s beautiful home. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless, we cooked our breakfasts and dinners every day. Piera supplied us with plenty of firewood so we could make fires in the evening to keep us cozy and warm. The view from the garden was stunning. We enjoyed our evening cocktails outside, admiring the beautiful view. The yard was all fenced in—a huge bonus for our Labrador dog. There are many nice trails for hiking and biking. And there are many towns and cities within a short drive/train ride away for nice day trips. We would definitely come back and recommend Piera’s house to our friends and family. Thank you, Piera!

Sehr schöne Anlage und tolles kleines Schloss. Einrichtung alt aber sehr funktionell. Die Heizung funktioniert nur im Obergeschoss, deshalb war es im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche sehr kalt (Oktober). Insgesamt gelungene Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb, aber sehr schön ruhig und dennoch gut gelegen um in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto nach Padova zu gelangen.

Una villa molto ampia, spaziosa e organizzata. Ogni stanza aveva il suo bagno il che ha reso la esperienza più speciale, sopratutto per gli gruppi come nel nostro caso (eravamo in 10 persone è un bambino piccolo). Inoltre il host era molto disponibile e ci ha seguito ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliamo vivamente la struttura.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

La casa está muy bien, las estancias son ligeramente mejorables, 2 de las 5 "habitaciones" no son habitaciones ya que son salas con sofacama, entra mucha luz y cuesta un poco dormir, el piano está desafinado y es uno de los encantos de la casa, como la cafetera que no funcionaba por desgracia, también he hechado en falta un microondas, a pesar de ello, la casa está muy bien, las camas son bastante cómodas y las zonas comunes tienen mucho espacio, además el dueño es súper agradable en todo momento y responde rápido. Sería bueno colocar trampas para insectos para evitar ciertas sorpresas desagradables.

Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatte alle Platz und die drei Badezimmer waren sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und wir konnten alle gemeinsam speisen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber Michael

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Frederica en haar vader zijn geweldige hosts. De communicatie is snel en accuraat. De ontvangst in het huisje was prettig en Stephan was heel vriendelijk. Het huis is heel fijn. Alle gemakken zijn aanwezig. De tuin is prachtig. Helaas konden we er door het slechte weer weinig gebruik van maken. De locatie van het huis is heel gunstig, vlakbij Padua en halverwege Verona en Venetië. Ook een tripje naar de Dolomieten is vanuit hier prima te doen. Kortom een fantastisch huis op een heel goede plek. We komen graag nog een keer terug!
