Halil was an amazing host. His place is just magical with amazing views. we had a great time and recommend this place to anyone going to Cesme.

The location was marvelous and very safe. The owner was always around to help. There is a path direct to the beach with a very short 3 minutes walk. The beach is mostly little stones but this makes the sea very clear unlike some other sand beaches in the island especially in wavy days. Thanks Stavros, a 73 year old helping warrior from Star Wars...

Marmoro'yu diğer yerlere göre o kadar beğenmedik, kalomoti, mesta, prgi, komi buralar daha çok ilgimizi çekti bizim ama herkesin tarzı farklıdır. Otel çok güzel sıcak bir yerdi. Otel sahipleri ile çok fazla iletişim kuramadık ama konumu ve yeri açısından çok güzel bir yerde. Parasına göre çok güzel bir yer. Herkese tavsiye ederim

I was looking for a place for the weekend with my family. It was the perfect place for all of us, comfortable, cozy and homelike. Caglar was attentive from the beginning of the reservation, gave clear instructions, facilitated everything we had needed. The neighbors were really friendly. The beach close to the house eas was really clean, suitable for children. Hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Meric is a WONDERFUL host. Incredibly responsive and so kind. We felt right at home with fresh baked goods, filtered water and hot tea waiting for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures. Very spacious and the pool was great. Literally across the street from the sea and a 2 minute walk to the Çiftlikköy beach. The house is located on a peaceful strip in the nearby town next to Çeşme. There is a local minibus that runs service every 30 mins for 35tl to take you to Çeşme. Local restaurants were great. We had recommendations from her assistant Ugur. Ugur was incredible- very kind man who help us organize taxis, drove us himself and helped with any concerns in the house. One comment- if you are planning to work remote contact Meric first to make sure internet speed has been addressed. This was one bump we had. However when I reached out to Meric she provided an alternative for our work needs with accommodation . Overall wonderful home with amazing host and assist

Maria muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Airbnb evinde değil, bizi çok seven bir akrabamızın evine gelmiş gibi karşılandık. Eve erken giriş ve geç çıkış ricalarımızı hiç kırmadı. İlk sabah bizim için kahvaltı ve pek çok lezzetli ikram hazırlamıştı. Evin konumu şehir merkezine çok yakın. Sakız tekrar gelirsek kesin Maria'da kalırız. σε αγαπάμε Μαρία ❤️

The apartment is very cozy. I especially loved and enjoyed the rooftop terrasse the most. It gives a beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. Kalamoti is a very quiet town. The apartment is just around the corner of the two main squares. A little shop with a friendly owner is 1 minute away. It's a perfect location to discover the other Mastica villages in the south of Chips, and close by to many beautiful beaches.

Sakız adasına geldiğimde bundan sonraki adresimiz dimitra'nın evi olacak. Ev çok merhaba zimbşr konumda ve çok güzle bir manzara ve konfora sahip. Eşyalar reteo tarzda ve Bi o kadar kullanışlı. Dimitra çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili bir ev sahibi. Eve grişimizden çıkana kadar her türlü sorularımızı yanıtınız bırakmadı ve çok ilgilendi. Çıkış günü eve bizden sonra misafir gelmeyeceği için çıkış saatini bize bıraktı. Burdan dimitra'ya tekrar çok teşekkür etmek isterim.

Konstantin bizi limanda karşıladı ikamet edeceğimiz yere kendisi götürdü. Dost canlısı , Güleryüzlü, yardımsever bir kişi kendisinden bir kaç ihtiyacımız olan malzeme oldu rica ettiğimizde hemen temin etti. Gezilebilecek yerler, denize girilebilecek plajlar ve yemek yenecek yerler ile ilgili fikirlerini aldık. Bizim için güzel bir deneyim ve gezi oldu. Kendisine ailem ve kendim adına çok teşekkür ediyorum. Chios adasına gitmek isteyenler için kalabilecekleri uygun yer için tavsiye ederim.

Paulette was extremely helpful and a responsive host. The house had spectacular views. There were four of us (my wife and me and our 2 boys, 17 and 21). The house was roomy and very comfortable. We enjoyed many a pretty sunset from the balcony. The balcony was roomy and accessible from both a master bedroom and the living room. The house had everything we needed to prepare food. The Air conditioning was in all the bedrooms and worked very well (and was needed as there were some hot days) and there were extra floor fans which was great. The internet worked very well. The furnishings in the house were high quality and well beyond our expectations. Lots of antique furniture and ceiling decorations which were a very pleasant surprise. The location was good, close to restaurants and tavernas. Like everywhere on the island, there was lots of walking, including some hills. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent it again. We recommend the house to anyone who is visiting.

Sakız Adası’nın kuzeyindeki Lagada bölgesinde şirin ev sahiplerinin olduğu huzurlu, serin, denize çok yakın bir konaklama yeri. Evet belki güneydeki ünlü plajlara 1 saatlik uzaklıktasınız ama güney tarafının bunaltıcı sıcaklarından uzak olmak istiyorsanız, bu bölge ve bu ev ideal diyebilirim. Ayrıca çok yakınlardaki restoranlardan favorimiz ‘Passas’ oldu. Haşlanmış ahtapotu ve karidesli Passas salatayı denemeden de ayrılmayın derim.

Amazing host, perfectly equipped beautiful house in a very enjoyable town, very conveniently located to lots of incredible beaches and towns. Highly recommended

Our stay was absolutely 5-star! The space was immaculately clean, with everything feeling fresh and brand new. The attention to detail in both comfort and style made it feel like a luxury experience. Our host, Dimitri, went above and beyond in every way—his warm hospitality and quick responses made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. Every element was designed with guests in mind, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped amenities, creating an atmosphere that was both cozy and high-end. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a flawless, memorable stay!

We absolutely loved Virginia’s house by the beach and fully enjoyed our stay. The house is spacous and it is located on a pebble beach with clear calm beautiful water. It has several charming terraces. The beach has a feel of private beach as it is unorganized and is not shared by other properties. The tavern next door is heaven with its good Greek food and friendly staff as it saved us from cooking everyday. The house sleeos up to 10 people andis close to Komi where you can find a market and another nice restautant by the sea. Virginia was very nice, friendly and respınsive to all our needs. She is a great host. The location of the house is remarkable especially if you dont like crowded organized beaches and noise. I will go back to this house again!

Ev aynı resimlerde gördüğünüz gibi tertemiz yepyeni ve ferah, kişilik bir aile için ideal , her odada klima var ve mutfak ekipmanları yeni ve çok yeterli , hiçbir eksiği yok gönül rahatlığıyla seçebilirsiniz , Kiki harika bir ev sahibiydi , bütün sorularımızı en kısa zamanda yanıtladı , bize ada hakkında pek çok bilgi verdi, her zaman yardıma hazır ve sıcak kanlıydı , Armolia ya gelince sesiz , sakin ve harika bir köy, aradıklarınızı kolayca bulabileceğiniz bir marketi, iyi bir pastanesi ve çok tatlı restoranları var, üstelik adanın popüler gezi mekanlarına ve koylarına da çok yakın kısacası bu tatil bizim beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı Sakıza yine gidecek olursak önce Kikiyi ararız ☺️

Pyrgi köyünde bir tatil bizim için muhteşemdi. Pyrgi’de nostalji dolu sokaklar var. İnsanlar çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever, anlayışlı. Ev Pyrgi merkeze çok yakın . Buna rağmen sessiz ve huzur dolu. Giannis harika bir ev sahibi. Bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Sorularımıza hızlı cevap verdi. Tekrar Chios’a yolum düşse yine bu evi tercih ederim.
