Chios : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

Everything actually went really well; the host was friendly and helpful. One day we didn’t have electricity because the area is still under construction, and we weren’t informed about it, but apparently, they didn’t know either. The view of the sea was truly calming, stunning, and extremely beautiful. It will be very interesting to see how the area looks like in 5 years when it’s finished. The road to the apartment is a bit bumpy and feels somewhat like an off-road track, but you can still get there with a regular car. Thank you, and have a wonderful spring and happy life! ❤️🙏🏻

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Bel appartement, piscine agréable. Très belle vue sur la mer. Tugce est de très bon conseil et très réactive.

Beautiful apartment and building! Pristine and immaculate, with all the amenities! Wonderful view and balcony with seating to look at the view of the ocean. Proximity to town was fantastic. Owner was extremely quick to respond and communication was very easy. If I could give this listing 10 stars I would! An absolute gem and we will definitely be going back!!

Εκπληκτικό το δωμάτιο, εύκολο να το βρεις, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις! Ο δε Κωνσταντίνος άψογος, φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, πολύ φιλόξενος, άριστος άνθρωπος, οικείος και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κωνσταντίνε!!

Maria muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Airbnb evinde değil, bizi çok seven bir akrabamızın evine gelmiş gibi karşılandık. Eve erken giriş ve geç çıkış ricalarımızı hiç kırmadı. İlk sabah bizim için kahvaltı ve pek çok lezzetli ikram hazırlamıştı. Evin konumu şehir merkezine çok yakın. Sakız tekrar gelirsek kesin Maria'da kalırız. σε αγαπάμε Μαρία ❤️

Φιλική κ εξυπηρετική η οικοδεσπότησα . Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης κ όλα είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμα.

Lovely house! Spotless with a gorgeous outdoor area. We felt very much at home. You will need a car in this area to discover so much more of Cesme. So many great local restaurants you can walk to or the host can recommend others not far away.

Our stay was absolutely 5-star! The space was immaculately clean, with everything feeling fresh and brand new. The attention to detail in both comfort and style made it feel like a luxury experience. Our host, Dimitri, went above and beyond in every way—his warm hospitality and quick responses made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. Every element was designed with guests in mind, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped amenities, creating an atmosphere that was both cozy and high-end. Sakız Adası’nda harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Ev sahibimiz Artemis çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Ada hakkında rehberlik yaptı ve her sorumuza hızlı, sabırlı bir şekilde cevap verdi. Tavsiye ettiği Bahamari Restaurant gerçekten mükemmeldi. Ayrıca, annesi son gün bize lokma getirdi, ikinci gün ise çocuklara çikolata ikram etti—bu sıcak jestleri bizi çok mutlu etti. Ev merkezi konumdaydı; çarşıya yürüyerek çok kısa sürede ulaşabiliyorduk. Limana da sadece 6 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrıca ev çok temiz ve konforluydu. Sakız Adası’na gelirseniz, kesinlikle bu evde kalmalısınız!

Sakız adasına geldiğimde bundan sonraki adresimiz dimitra'nın evi olacak. Ev çok merhaba zimbşr konumda ve çok güzle bir manzara ve konfora sahip. Eşyalar reteo tarzda ve Bi o kadar kullanışlı. Dimitra çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili bir ev sahibi. Eve grişimizden çıkana kadar her türlü sorularımızı yanıtınız bırakmadı ve çok ilgilendi. Çıkış günü eve bizden sonra misafir gelmeyeceği için çıkış saatini bize bıraktı. Burdan dimitra'ya tekrar çok teşekkür etmek isterim.

The location was marvelous and very safe. The owner was always around to help. There is a path direct to the beach with a very short 3 minutes walk. The beach is mostly little stones but this makes the sea very clear unlike some other sand beaches in the island especially in wavy days. Thanks Stavros, a 73 year old helping warrior from Star Wars...
