Everything was şerfect and the host responded every time without any delay !Highly recommended !

We enjoyed our stay very much. Polyxeni was very friendly and supportive. We could even bring our cats. It's a great place to stay, nearby the beach (5 min by foot) and the town is also not far. We will come back.

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν υπεράνω κάθε προσδοκίας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νοιώσαμε άνετα στον χώρο και εξαιρετικά οικεία με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Οτιδήποτε θελήσαμε από πλευράς καταλύματος το είχαμε και με το παραπάνω. Μόνο θετικά σχόλια έχουμε για την Πόλυ και το κατάλυμα.

Yiorgos was a fantastic host who was most helpful and always available to give us a hand and for a good avice on where to swim and to eat. The place is a marvel and a great escape from the craziness of life.

Byen Volissos er billedskøn og fuld af charme. Virkelig stemningsfuld og gæstfri. Vi elskede at gå rundt om aftenen i byen, sidde på torvet og bare kigge eller få en drink på en af caféerne. Det er en meget bakket by og huset ligger højt oppe med en smuk, smuk udsigt fra den fælles terrasse. Lejligheden er rummelig og meget ren. Der er alt, hvad man har brug for. Værterne er nemme at kommunikere med og helt utrolig hjælpsomme. Strandene ligger i gåafstand, men i sommervarmen vil det klart være at foretrække med bil. Vi klarede os dog til fods, med taxa og med stor hjælp fra værterne. Tusind tak!

Wir waren super zufrieden. Alle waren total freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit der tollen Terasse, war genau das richtige um mal die Sehle baumeln zu lassen. Auf das kleine Missverständnis das es keine 2 Betten sondern 1 Bett mit 2 Schlafplätzen war, wurde sofort und unkompliziert reagiert. War natürlich auch mein Fehler, da mein Blick auf den Photos mehr der wundeschönen Lage galt. Dazu kommt das es auf der Insel Chios wirklich richtig viel zu entdecken gibt. Ein ganz toller Urlaub der richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür

Georgios and his mother are incredibly caring hosts. The flat is airy and light, and everything is brand-new and comfortable. The area is safe and conveniently located next to a big supermarket. It's an easy and pleasant walk to the center, taking only 5 to 10 minutes depending on your pace. As frequent travelers, we usually carry a pack of small items to make our stay more comfortable during the first few hours and to avoid buying and leaving behind these essentials. However, here everything we needed was already available, so we didn't have to use our pack at all. We left our luggage there until the ferry was due, which was a very appreciated gesture for us. I would suggest this flat for two or three people max, as there is a couch that can be made into a comfortable bed of one and a half size. I would like to say thank you to Georgios and his mother. .

If you are looking for a peaceful, private place, thalassa is the perfect option. The view is even better than the photos and the waves of the sea is the only thing you can hear. We stayed there with our 8 months old baby and had no issues. Everything was clean, kitchen supplies were more than enough. They had everything you may need including an umbrella and sun loungers at the beach. The hosts were quite responsive and kind. We would like to visit again!

Üç günlük konaklamamızda her şey çok güzeldi, ev çok temiz yenilenmiş ve kullanışlıydı. Sadece konumu merkeze uzak, aracınız varsa sorun yaşamazsınız biz yürüyerek 25-30 dk da merkezden eve vardık. Maria ve Steve çok tatlı insanlardı, çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tavsiyedir

Alt katta klima olmaması kötüydü haricinde her şey harikaydı çok keyifli bi ortamdı

Marianna was very quick with responses and always helpful. Place was charming and as described in the listing and on the pictures. Very easy to find based on Marianna’s instructions. Loft is close to main square and few restaurants, and small grocery store. Ten minutes drive to closest beach.

öncelikle ev sahibiz, çok cana yakın ve ilgiliydi.Bizi karşıladı ve eve kadar götürdü.Evin içini ve olanakları tek tek gösterdi ki ev de kadın pedi bile mevcut idi.Köyde ki bakkala kadar götürdü,etraf hakkında bilgi verdi.Ev gayet güzel bir manzaraya sahip ve kullanışlı ,Kostas sıkıntı olmasın diye fazladan bir WiFi daha bıraktı.Köy tepede ama yol zor değil,çok sessiz tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer ve onemli noktalara araç ile 25-30 dk uzaklıkta,köyde karşılaştığımız herkes hemen selam veriyor ve gülümsüyor.Evin balkonu küçük ama manzarası mükemmel,ev gayet serin ama gene de klima var,biz kullanmadık,sadece öğle çok sıcakta vantilatör açtık. Ayrıca ayrılırken ev sahibimizin nazik hediyesi bizi ayrıca mutlu etti.Köyün içinde iki ad yerel restaurant var,ikisinin de yemekleri(özellikle kalamar)çok güzeldi kesinlikle denenmeli.Tekrar Sakız 'a gelince hiç düşünmeden buraya gelicez.Çok rahat,çok dinlendirici bir tatil oldu.

Ein absoluter Traum, vom Bett bis zum Strand maximal 4 Meter! Super schön ruhig und ein wunderschöner Außenbereich. Stratos war super freundlich und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Es ist ein schönes, abgelegenes und daher schön ruhiges Fleckchen Erde, wunderbar zum entspannen. Abends mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen war herrlich! Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!!

Kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz bir tatildi. Ev sahibi her konuda yardımcı oldu, her zaman bize yardımcı olacağını hissettirdi. Evde 2 aile konakladık ve yeterli büyüklükteydi, arka balkondan açık hava sineması izlenebiliyordu. Ön balkon yeterliydi. Ev Komi sahiline çok yakındı zaten bunun için tutmuştuk. Genel olarak sorunsuz, rahat ve eğlenceliydi. Mutlaka tekrar gelmek isterim

Stelios çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Evin bahçesi çok huzur verici. Çok temiz, düzenli ve herşeyi içeren bir ev. Etraf sessiz, sakin ve huzur verici. Yürüyerek şehir merkezine gidilebilir. Araba ile gidilirse park hiç sorun değil. Stelios çok yardımcı ve yönlendirici oldu. Kendisine tekrardan teşekkür ederim. Kalmayı düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The best place to stay in Chios! The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was amazing, and the host’s kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you for your great recommendations and care. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Herşey çok güzeldi. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Çıkış saati konusunda gösterdiği anlayış için çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰 evde kahve makinesi vardı ama kettle olsa daha mutlu olurduk….

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης ,κοντά στο λιμάνι κ τα μαγαζιά ,δεν χρειάζεται μεταφορικό μέσο για να φτάσεις στο κέντρο,μεγάλο κ καθαρό διαμέρισμα !

Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα. Ρένα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα παρόλο που αργήσαμε να φτάσουμε. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και έχει όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα. Ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις φωτογραφίες και έχει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται κανείς σε ένα δωμάτιο για ολιγοήμερες διακοπές. Μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι και το συστήνουμε!
