A great hideaway in a beautiful village. There is a surprisingly large garden which was perfect for our dogs. Lovely large bedroom with sitting area. Perfect for a weekend away for the two of us

If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would. First of all, what a beautiful Air BnB, in an idyllic setting, close to lots of different Cotswolds villages such as Chipping Camden and Broadway as well as only a 30 minute drive from Bourton-on-the-Water. The Lodge was spotless and decorated beautifully. One of the best beds we’ve had in an air BnB-so comfortable! There’s a lovely little community shop and cafe a walkable distance from the Lodge that has a great selection of toiletries, groceries and sweet treats! Sue, the host, was absolutely wonderful. Absolutely lovely lady who was so helpful and friendly. The hamper that was provided was beyond generous, filled with lots of treats! We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean with really modern and high spec finish. some nice extra touches like breakfast cereals, milk and biscuits and a bowl of sweets provided. The apartment is in quite a rough part of Reading but the security is excellent and the apartment complex is gated so feels very safe. A couple of things that I found strange was being asked to provide copies of ID before arrival and to take out our own rubbish when we left, even though it is listed as a serviced apartment. We were also asked our approx check in time and then told we could not arrive before then (5pm), even though check in as from 2pm in the price. Overall though, it was very good quality and I would recommend.

We had a lovely little stay at Ashbrook Lets. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. James, our host communicated well and made us feel right at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

We had a lovely family holiday here. The house is so beautiful and our every need was catered for. We were left a hamper which was a lovely touch. The garden is great and as the weather was so good my granddaughters were able to play outside safely. The neighbour was so helpful when we chatted outside offering dining suggestions. We also went on some great walks whilst there. All in all a good time was had by all.

Another great stay with friends and the kids. Beautiful cottage and an amazing location, literally 10 seconds walk to the local pub! Huge amount of space and the kitchen and dining area is perfect for a social weekend. We will be back and can’t thank the hosts enough

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

We had an amazing stay, the cottage was so lovely and clean. Even nicer than the photos!! Perfect for children and they supplied everything we needed, also the comfiest travel cot I’ve ever known for our baby! We would love to return! Thank you so much 😊

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Steve, qui nous gentiment permis de venir un peu plus tôt que prévu pour permettre à notre enfant de 2 ans de faire sa sieste. Il nous a également laissé des collations réjouissantes. La maison est très agréable et confortable. Idéalement située près de Bath, de Bristol, Bradford-on-Avon, abbaye de Lacock, etc. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci, Steve !

Excellent weekend away in the wonderful little town of Evenley. Kirsty was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a month while I was working on a creative project. It very quickly became a home away from home for us: cosy and comfortable, peaceful and pretty, with wonderful sleeping spaces and great temperature control. The house had everything you could think of and then some: the kitchen is SO well-equipped. But for us what made the stay truly outstanding was the host. Fiona communicated brilliantly, was helpful and friendly, very responsive, and all round just a beautiful human being. We were so sad to leave.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful penthouse near the Cotswolds with our family of four. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and maintained to a true 5-star international standard. Our host, Jane, was warm, incredibly responsive, extremely flexible & even sent over her husband to help set up the TV so our son could watch the Premier League — such a kind gesture! The apartment was peaceful, private, and perfect for a family escape from city. With a fully equipped kitchen with unlimited cooking pots, cutlery and appliances more than you need, made cooking together a fun family activity. The attention to detail was impressive and her clear instructions when required made it a smooth sailing for us. The location was also great — quiet yet convenient for day trips to Bath and South Wales, which we explored during our stay. We left relaxed, recharged and happy. Highly recommended for both the property and Jane's impeccable hospitality.

Had such a lovely stay here, it was in a great location- the town centre was close and lots of places to see, including Jephson Gardens which was such a highlight for me! The apartment was clean, tidy and very cosy it was exactly as pictured- Nigel & Emma were very responsive too 😊 I really recommend staying here as it was in such a lovely area!

A lovely annex, very well equipped, clean, and wonderful decor choices. Very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast selection left out for us. Wish we could have stayed longer! Can’t fault it.

Petra is a fantastic host. Quick responses, and very analytical details for check-in. Her welcome folder was fantastic. Thank you! 100mbps broadband. SkyTV etc. Single space, on driveway parking. As my very first experience of AirBnB, I can say, Petra’s listing is worth every penny. The furnishings and general feel of the place was to a very very high standard. The lighting was amazing. Lots of plugs and USB sockets dotted around the place, and next to the bed, which was super helpful. Super clean. Fantastic views. Lovely area. Only minor downside for me, was the bathroom. Don’t get me wrong, the bathroom is super modern, super clean, literally everything you could wish for. But, I’m 6ft 4” and I constantly bashed my head on the low ceiling 😂 I’m really not complaining though, actually made me laugh at how much of a clumsy silly billy I am. Honestly, a fantastic stay. Fantastic place. Fantastic host. Fanatic area. I appreciate you, Petra. Thank you for having me!

Pam and Paul are such lovely hosts! They are warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. They provided everything we needed to have a wonderful stay plus more! The fresh eggs in the morning were a nice surprise! The house itself is amazing. It is obvious that a lot of love and work has gone into not only the place you stay, but the whole of the surrounding lands they own! The bed is very comfortable so it makes for a perfect nights sleep, with a spacious lounge/kitchen area to do some nice home cooking. Not to mention the amazing views to wake up to in the morning! Thank you for having us! We hope to come back soon :)

The Nook is great for a short, restful stay, away from the noise and bright lights of town. The hosts are next door if there are any issues. And Susannah introduced herself when we were out walking which was a nice touch. Lovely to have milk, tea and coffee supplied.

We had a lovely stay in the courtyard. We happened to visit Cheltenham on a gorgeous weekend. We enjoyed the courtyard, and found the kitchen extremely well equipped. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated and there were lots of little extras such as pillow spray that made us stand out. Sally was fabulous with her response to messages, the checkin was easy and smooth and the recommendations of restaurants were fabulous (so thank you!) Unfortunately my partner is allergic to feather pillows so our sleep wasn’t great - but that is no reflection on the host and the accommodation! We’d 100% be back and will just bring our own.
