I wouldn’t know where to start and I certainly wouldn’t know where to end, but what an Absolutely fantastic host and amazing person! He really went above and beyond. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning! What an experience to say the least. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Mill Cottage. The whole cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully presented/decorated. The facilities were all amazing. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating, helping with suggestions of activities in the local area and were on hand if we needed anything..This is a host who takes great care and pride in what they offer, please dont hesitate in booking here!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb for my partners 30th, lots of beautiful places around but all was about 20/30mins drive. Jonathan and his partner were very lovely hosts, made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to any questions we needed to ask. It’s a beautiful peaceful place to stay, the hot tub was lovely, Jonathan helped set it up for us and got us a travel cot as we had a 1 year old with us. Only thing was we found there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, we did bring our own so was no issue. The hosts gave us recommendations of local areas and restaurants nearby we went to the blue boar which was very lovely. Overall was a really nice weekend break!

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

Our stay was everything we expected and more, little treats were left such as a cake, Prosecco, a beer and a cider. It was great to have the simple thing too like dishwasher tablet/cleaning supplies/tea/coffee/milk/ shampoo/shower gel these made it so much easier! My only comment would be it would be nice to have a shower over the bath in the family bathroom, this is because all adults preferred a shower so we all ended up using each of the rooms with en-suites

a fantastic place , really is worth booking ! we were blessed with the sun shine so we were able to sit in the garden use the BBQ and hot tub, beautiful scenery in a beautiful setting we will definitely be booking again, Pam was so helpful gave clear direction on getting there and getting in the property. Daniel you have a beautiful place thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home. totally worth the money too

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Xxx

Just returned from a fantastic stay in Lisas garden flat. It was a great location for walking the Malvern Hills & I was fortunate to have the best weather so was able to make use of the lovely enclosed back garden. Lisa was the best host, so welcoming and relaxed and seemed to just want her guests to have the best time. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The fridge was stocked with bacon, sausages, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms & milk on my arrival so I was able to cook breakfast for myself each morning. There was also a fresh baked loaf of bread, butter, jam, marmalade, muesli & porridge, cake, shortbread and a delicious florentine from the bakery on my arrival as well as tea, coffee etc. Never been so well provided for in an Airbnb! Shower was good & plenty of hot water, comfy bed & great sofa, loved the lounge which was dual aspect and had French doors out onto the garden. Ideal for me & my 2 cavapoos who were lucky enough to stay here for 4 nights, would love to return.

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

A perfect escape for two nights with our teenage daughter and springer spaniel. The cottage is gorgeous - so well appointed and very comfortable (especially the beds). Amazing power showers too. The sunny lounge and quiet and secure garden made it very relaxing. Gorgeous walks nearby and very central for key Cotswold beauty spots and attractions. We absolutely loved it and would happily return for longer! Highly recommend.

David is great host - friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible and accommodating with my long stay booking. And very responsive when I needed help with fixing a problem. Many thanks, David.

The accomodation and set up was the best we stayed in during our trip to England and very reasonably priced for what it was. It was spacious but cosy and very well set up with everything we needed. Surrounds were a beautiful garden and rural setting amid the Redmarley village. John and Rosie were very welcoming and helpful . Highly recommend it

Absolute home from home, from the pictures and descriptions it was exactly as we expected. Phil was there to meet us when we arrived, showed us round and explained everything before leaving us to it, but ensuring we knew we could contact him at any time if we needed to. Extremely comfortable, everything you could need, and fantastic to find some where that allows 3 dogs as that can often be a barrier when looking for some where to stay. We would definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adam’s place. His home is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. A fabulous layout which works well. Its location is handy for all the local attractions. We even had complimentary Prosecco and fresh milk and a huge bunch of divine white roses! Highly recommend this cottage. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Adam, it was perfect.

We wanted somewhere to stay as a family to celebrate a special birthday which falls on Christmas Day and this was perfect in every way. The house is really, really lovely with plenty of space to enjoy spending time together in really comfortable and well-equipped surroundings - exactly as in the photos with lots of additional, thoughtful touches not even mentioned in the description. Caroline is a fantastic communicator and her instructions and local guide are really well written so we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Any questions we did have were responded to almost instantly. Finally, Hook Norton (or Hooky as we now know it!) is a lovely, picturesque village and there are local shops and pubs within a short walk so it's ideal if you don't want to drive anywhere. We can thoroughly recommend the brewery tour and the pub quiz at the Pear Tree Inn, both a convenient stroll home after a couple of pints of Hooky!

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. Thanks again Farahnaz & Paul, We will be back.

We had a relaxing long weekend. The cottage was easy to find with parking. It had a lovely private fenced garden that allowed our two little dogs to wander. It was bright, airy, very clean, comfortable and warm. The wine was a lovely surprise on arrival thank you ☺️. It was home from home. It was very central to places to visit. With Didley squat farm shop and Chipping Norton only a 7 minute drive away. Thank you Nicky for making us feel welcome.

Rosalind and Hugh were great hosts and made us feel at home right from the get go. The Flat is in beautiful surroundings and our hosts made sure we knew the best local spots. The little touches made the flat really nice for a weekend away and we had everything we needed including our patio. A special mention goes to Hugh’s homemade marmalade and the homemade bread that greeted us on our arrival. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful location and only a short drive away from the Cotswolds Water Park. The cottage is lovely with really unique original features (and also more modern comforts) whilst also being welcoming and cosy, we especially loved the log fires on the colder evenings. However, the main attraction for us was that it is such a dog friendly location and was ideal for bringing our dog Barney with us as it has hard floors throughout the downstairs and also has a secure, private garden solely used by the cottage.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

Hilary made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed a peaceful and restful stay at Herons Nest. We didn't take a dip in the pool but it did look lovely. Thanks Hilary!
