We had an amazing stay at Bryn Du… location is just beautiful , cottage is clean, comfortable , cosy. Felt instantly relaxed on arrival. Toby was a great host , good communication..would highly recommend Bryn Du.

Really lovely stay. Good clear instructions from Richard for check-in which was nice and easy. Clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Towels and robes included which was great and the hot tub was so relaxing. We loved watching the sheep and horses in the field. Would love to return. Had the relaxing stay we hoped for.

A perfect base for visiting family. Had exactly what we needed and loved the extra touches of milk in the fridge and hamper of goodies in the kitchen. A very clever set up. Communication with Eira was easy, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay in Shaun's cottage this weekend. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful time. The cottage was everything we hoped for and more. Lots of space inside, and so cosy. All the practical things that you need for a stay are provided . We visited Delamere forest and also Chester. Shaun was very helpful and so friendly. I highly recommend this property.

It is perfectly suited to disconnect from the chaotic world we live in. The tranquility and surroundings were a dose of pure energy for us, exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries and calm our minds. Thank you Tim, for the beautiful place!

Just got back with my partner from “Bit on the Side” and what can we say other than we absolutely loved our stay! Both hosts were so welcoming and there was great communication prior to the stay. Lois was always on hand to answer any questions we had and Robin did a quick and easy check in with us to show us around the property. The area is beautiful. You really do feel as though you’ve stepped into a pocket of peace and serenity in the countryside. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. The property is exactly as advertised (if not better). Everything was spotless and it felt so spacious inside. You have everything you could want for a cosy getaway. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the cake. We were lucky enough to stay two nights with clear skies and so we got to soak under the stars. Genuinely beautiful! All in all, we had the best stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to book.

We loved the layout of this place—upstairs living and downstairs sleeping worked perfectly for us. The floors were quite noisy, but thankfully, with toddlers around, most of our group was already used to a little extra noise! If you're comfortable driving up steep roads, this venue is well worth it. It was wonderfully warm inside, so much so that we didn’t even get a chance to use the fire! There are plenty of activities and adventures within a 15 to 30-minute drive, but the on-site games room is a great option for fun as well. While we didn’t get to explore nearby walks, we noticed plenty of people parked close by, suggesting there’s lots to enjoy in the area. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place!

Heather's cabin was absolutely perfect. It was spacious yet cosy and we felt very comfortable there during our stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the whole place was spotless. As in the listing description for the cabin, there is no WiFi and minimal service on your mobile. Making it the perfect way to switch off from the outside world. Despite what another review said, there is a TV but as there is no WiFi, there is no way to sign into NetfNetflix etc. Luckily, we didn't need that anyway, but just an FYI. Everything we needed was a short drive away. We ventured into Llangollen to canoe over the Aquaduct, which we would highly recommend. Heather's cabin is the perfect place to stay for this activity, if you mind a short drive there (15 minutes). Being able to use the sauna was an added bonus, something my husband and I enjoyed very much. Thank you Heather 😊
