Am avut o ședere excelentă în acest apartament! Este foarte frumos, spațios și bine situat, cu o vedere superbă către strada Pușkin. Un mare plus este curtea interioară comună cu Ministerul de Finanțe (sau o instituție similară), ceea ce ne-a oferit un sentiment de siguranță, mai ales pentru parcare. Comunicarea cu Ivan a fost impecabilă – mereu prompt și amabil, gata să ne ajute cu orice solicitare. Apartamentul în sine este foarte generos ca spațiu, oferind tot confortul necesar unei șederi plăcute. Am fost 2 adulți și un adolescent de 13 ani, a fost perfect pentru noi. Livingul este absolut impresionant – am stat la hoteluri unde recepția era mai mică decât acest living! Localizarea este ideală pentru a explora orașul: foarte aproape se află restaurantul La Plăcinte, iar în stânga, strada Eugen Doga, piața de flori, Parcul Catedralei, Arcul de Triumf, multe multe cafenele și patiserii, totul la câțiva pași.

Квартира була чистою і теплою, зручне ліжко, доволі затишно! Тож ми дякуємо господарю , який нас зустрів і все показав Єдиний нюанс, замініть будь ласка фен для волосся, він віджив своє і не працює Все інше чудово 👍

Irina is a great host and very gentile personality. Her apartment was outstanding place and during of all our stay everything was amazing . We are very content and pleased and highly recommend it !

It was a great apartment All the facilities provided at the apartment were top class.The property was easy to find in a very quiet and secluded area. Even though you were in.

Highly recommend this place. It was exactly the location we wanted, very clean and the layout was perfect for our group. The only thing to note is that since the listing is scaled per person, the number of rooms is not necessarily clear (We first thought we were getting three rooms, but it was actually two. There is a convenient option to add a room for a small upcharge, which we did for one night, we just misunderstood the way the rooms were listed). Overall, would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our time!

We stayed here for just a few days but it felt right at home. The place looked even better than the photos and everything was perfect for 2 people. The host was very responsive and all of the amenities were exactly as listed. The bathroom was very spacious and the living room perfect for movie nights. Overall really recommend and will definitely book again if I return to Chişiňau. 10/10

Приятный и отзывчивый хозяин.Всегда на связи. Отличная квартира и месторасположение дома. Охраняемая территория и стоянка для автомобиля. Магазины, шоппинг центр, рестораны и парковая зона рядом. Обязательно буду останавливаться и в следующих своих поездках в Кишинев.

Очень хороший и отзывчивый хозяин,помог арендовать подземный паркинг за отдельную плату если есть такая необходимость!)

fue una estancia maravillosa ,Natalia fue una anfitriona de 10, nos hizo sentirnos en todo momento como en casa el apartamento tanto bonito como cuidado y nos dejó instrucciones de los sitios más bonitos ,supermercados e incluso hasta para cambio de divisas ,muchísimas gracias por todo y por estar pendiente de todo fue verdadero placer alojarnos en tu casa un abrazo

Great place, right into the center. We spent some tome during the winter and some days temperatures dropped to -15c. Nonetheless the heating was automatic, always on, and we were never cold at all. Good insulation. Good and responsive host. This was not the first time we stayed at Eugeniu’s apartment, and again it was a good experience. Accommodation was as advertised.

Calin was a fantastic host; he was welcoming when I got there, gave me activity suggestions for the time I was there, and promised to help if I needed anything. In addition the location was super since it was in the centre, the room itself had all the amenities I needed, it was very spacious and extremely clean!! I highly recommend this place due to its privacy, cleanliness, location and host.

Хорошее расположение - рядом много магазинов и парк. Хозяйка пошла на встречу с заселением, въехали раньше. Вся коммуникация своевременная. Квартира хорошая, есть всё необходимое, зимой не холодно.
