The apartment was perfect. Everything was pristinely clean and meticulously maintained. It was a great little gem that was quiet, comfortable and inviting. We were 3 male adults who visited and this apartment was the perfect scenario for that, each of us having our own private bedroom when we needed it but a nice common space with comfortable furniture when hanging out and watching tv together. We didn’t use all of the amenities like the laundry or cook in the kitchen during our short stay but there were new, modern appliances if we did want to use them. The beds were comfy, with clean soft sheets and nice fluffy pillows. Not one detail left out. On top of all of this, the location is central to so many things and easy to find for people like Uber drivers and pizza delivery drivers. Checking in and out was a breeze and Nick was welcoming and we could tell that he was appreciative that we chose his place and he takes pride in it. We would highly recommend Nick and this place!

Thank you Devin and Errin! It was so nice to stay at your location. Its a private apartment in a left side of the house. Has a separate entrance and easy self-acces. A lot of things inside, everything you need. Big and clean bathroom. Nice and warm living room with abilitie to control temperature. Has a TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine. Hosts left towels, all dishes for cooking, and a really helpfull instruction. Has a good workplace with a monitor, mouse and high-speed Wifi. Everything was clean and nice! Thank you.

Everything was perfect! The place was exactly as described, in a great location with multiple ski resorts less than 10 minutes away and excellent dining options nearby (definitely check out Lawson's brewery!), and felt very welcoming. You can tell that Dave cares about the people who choose to stay at his house and made sure that we had an excellent time. We can't wait to come back!

This was my second visit to this property. There was no hesitation to book here. Just what I needed.

We had a great holiday weekend in Charlotte at Robert's apartment. It was close to the mountains we wanted to climb and a nature preserve where we skied. Close to Burlington and Middlebury where we found dinner each night. The apartment is cozy and comfortable; really a delightful place. We also met Robert who was funny and the perfect host. We stayed during a massive winter storm that dumped so much snow on the area and Robert was always very interested in making sure we could get out of the driveway! There were also thoughtful snacks and what not for us when we arrived which is such a nice bonus. We will definitely check to see if the apartment is available the next time we come to VT. Thank you so much, Robert! We hope to stay with you again soon.

Great spot. Lots of walking trails close by and an easy drive to all amenities in Burlington. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Also dog friendly was a huge plus!

This was our second stay here. Nice clean modern and uncluttered. Walking distance to the Winooski circle with good restaurants.

We had a great stay! This Airbnb was extremely well stocked. It was so nice to have coffee in the morning with milk and seltzer as options as well. Wes also set up a pack n play for us when he found out we were bringing our son which was very kind. Its a nice quiet neighborhood but very easy to walk wherever we needed to go in Burlington. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy studio walking distance to downtown Burlington. Linda was a great host with awesome recommendations. We had a great time and hope to come back.

Had a great time at Rebecca’s place. Very peaceful and charming location in the countryside, and I loved looking at the rolling hills waking up every day. We came in the winter and it was very convenient to get to the ski resorts as well.

Great place to stay in Burlington VT!

Highly recommended space and host! Kurt is hands down an A+ super host! We arrived in Burlington in the evening with having another Airbnb reservation that we found not to be a good fit for us! Frantically searching for other Airbnb accommodations for the night, several hosts had availability but showed no urgency to help us. Kurt literally stopped what he was doing to go and turn lights and heat on for us. He also left water, a couple beers, and creamer in the fridge for our morning coffee, which too was provided. The space is exactly how it was pictured. Clean, uncluttered, and beautiful! Kurt’s place has great location in a charming quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower was also great to have! Finding this place last minute was the cherry on top of our amazing Burlington experience….and we will be back! Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect with beautiful hikes a few minutes away by car.

Great place to stay. Short drive from downtown Burlington. Easy street parking outside of the house. Katherine was very kind and responsive to my questions. All descriptions about the place and its amenities matched reality.

Great place! We loved the quilts and beds - so much so that we tried to buy the same one while on vacation! Perfect location to hit up local places on Church Street and very cozy place. Would re-book if we return back to Burlington

Mark was very hospitable and his quick tour at the beginning was very helpful. He greeted us with a wedding gift (and amazing maple syrup). He was very helpful and responsive throughout the trip. What a wonderful host!

Gail's place was very cozy and perfect for a short stay. We had everything we needed and Gail and Michelle are extremely responsive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend!

We had a great stay. The room was clean and in a great location. The only hiccup we had was the GPS taking us to a different location based on the address given, but a quick call to the building staff directed us right to the correct place.

James was a great host and the apartment was clean and cozy. Great walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Wonderful little town. Would definitely stay here again! Hot tub was awesome too!

The Pink House is very clean, spacious and has a lot of charm! The kids loved the playroom! And the grown ups enjoyed sitting and reading in the beautiful backyard! We look forward to staying at the Pink House again when visiting the Burlington area!

This was our second time staying in the neighborhood--which we like--as it's walkable to restaurants but also quietly residential. The unit was exactly as described, super clear arrival and access, and everything we needed was easy to locate and use. I especially liked that there were plants in almost every room, it's a special touch that makes all the welcoming air cleaning difference. I enjoyed how many dog-friendly options the hosts included in their local info binder--it made me wish we had brought ours!
