Cute, small, cozy spot a nice distance from some downtown coffee shops. Perfect for a short stay.

The treehouse was perfect. It was in a great location to walk to a few breweries and Monica left great recommendations. Place was overall clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

This was a very welcome nest after a long day exploring Vermont and/or hitting the slopes! I love that there is always street parking, and that I was able to use private parking if I needed it. The house is bigger than expected, and has all the things you’ll need including laundry facilities and a wide array of kitchen equipment. Bed was very comfortable too! And the TV set was great, with a very comfortable couch as well. Would love to come back!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sam and Errin’s home. The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable to Downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. The amenities were as described. Sam and Errin were very communicative and helpful with restaurant recommendations. We are already planning to book again in the warmer months.

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

This stay at Jill’s wonderfully cozy house was of 3 weeks over the Christmas season, while our first stay was much shorter. As with the first time around, everything was perfect, or close to be. Jill makes sure that you are provided everything you may need to enjoy every minute of your stay. The decoration of the house is neutral enough so as not to offend anyone tastes but still attractive; all machines work well; furniture, beds, bedding are all very comfortable and the kitchen is so well equipped that, if you like cooking, you can really make fine dishes. This little house has kept its antique character while having been restored at the best level. We were lucky enough to have quite a snowy Christmas which made our stay magical. With a safe fire place burning woods we spent many hours listening to audio books while I was crocheting a blanket. It was really a fabulous 3 weeks! Thank you Jill for being so attentive to your guests needs and desires.

We had a comfortable stay here with 10 humans and one dog. Chhirin was a communicative host and the location was close to the conference we all attended.

Absolutely lovely and relaxing stay with Sandy! It was such a pleasure to stay with her. My boyfriend and I felt right at home. The bed was so comfortable and warm. Highly, highly recommend. Will be going back! Thanks so much Sandy!
