It’s good stay in budget for family. The facilities were there, only thing which can be improved is cleaning (one bathroom out of three wasn’t cleaned properly). I would recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation nearby bus/railway station.

Nice day for family, lot of nearby restaurant, peaceful location

Kuldeep and staff at the Fortune Homestay are responsive and helpful hosts. They were proactive in their communication and personally took interest in learning more about our stay and needs. The homestay is very near to Tirupati City and conveniently placed in front of Sai Baba Temple. Location was easy to find, and also when we booked cabs the cab drivers seemed to know the location well for pickup. Home is spacious and can accommodate large families traveling to Tirupati. Kuldeep also shared his recommendations about good nearby restaurants and Temples which indeed helped. I would greatly recommend this homestay for folks traveling to Tirupati/Tirumala. Thanks !

The place was really good, everything was available in the property.. The facility is near to the bus stand and CMC hospital.. The host is very friendly and it had flexible check in and check out timings.. Everything in the flat was clean and well maintained.

A huge house worth staying and super clean

Flat is at the Nayath's Serviced Apartments a.ka Chalapathi Towers. If you are coming by bus or train, every Auto drivers knows this place easily by saying the same of the place. Mr. Swaroop was friendly and shared the location details . Check-in was smooth with flexible time. Executive at the reception (Mr. Shiva & Mr. Sai) were super polite and helpful. They explained the amentites available at the flat and gave restaurant suggestions for food. We as a family of 6 members checked in and everyone was very comfortable with the flat stay of Mr. Swaroop's. He even followed-up for any help in our stay. Felt like home and checked-out smoothly. Thank you Mr. Swaroop for providing a neat and comfy stay. Kindly maintain the same !

Stayed for 3 days with Family at Pavan’s place. Check in was smooth & easy and everything was well communicated. Pavan was accessible at every point of time for any help we required. Overall it was a pleasant stay .. Definitely recommended for families..

We are staying in this place for the second time. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of the Temple Town. It is a quiet place with a peaceful neighborhood. The host is a very responsive and made us at home, when we stayed at her place. She gives clear instructions and she is also available to give clarifications when needed. The Self Check in, had been always smooth and hazzle free. The place is also well served by Swigy and Zomato and we didn't find any difficulty to get food of our choice. All the amenities were in a good working condition and the furniture and fixtures were well maintained and functional. On the whole we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and will make this place as our "Go to" place whenever we visit Tirupati in the future. And we strongly recommend this place to anyone who have plans to visit the Temple Town.

Santhavathi is a great host. Always responsive and helpful. Consistently provided assistance when requested. The house was clean and spacious, making it ideal for a family stay. The location was convenient, with supermarkets nearby. It is definitely worth the cost and I would recommend this place to others.

Nice calm place. We stayed while visiting CMC Ranipet and so convenient. Just 2Km from there. No shops at walkable distance but Swiggy and others deliver and so no issue. Comfortable to park infront of house Host is responsive and allowed flexible check in and check out

We stayed in the apartment for a week. It looked exactly like the photos. The flat is very neat and maintained well. The staff at the reception and cleaning are very friendly and helpful. There are no good hotels within walkable distance but one can get call taxis and auto rikshaws easily. Good for those visiting CMC and VIT.
