Father, mother and daughter (Shyam, Bishnu and Shilpa) live in this well cared for home. Both parents have a good knowledge of English and the daughter is almost fluent. They are very hospitable and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well fed. The ensuite bathroom provides you with your own privacy but you are welcome to join the family in their living room. They have lived locally for many years and know everyone around and can provide any directions you require. The family is keen to assist you in any way possible. The wifi is a good speed and is reliable. I recommend this place for singles and couples, and even small families. It is suitable for both short and long stays.

Simanta and his parents are perfect hosts. Nothing is to much trouble, they share their knowledge of the area and cultures. The home is lovely, the bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is bright and clean. We had a breakfast and a dinner with the family it was delicious and plentiful and a good price. The safari trip and day jungle walk with Simantas fathers company, were both good and good price. There were also good restaurants in walking distance and all the places of interest are in walking distance. Our onward travel was booked for us too. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay. It is very peaceful and safe. They were quick to respond and willing to host us last minute due to a canceled booking. The hosts helped us book our safari, drove us to the places that we wanted to go. They lent us bicycles to explore around the area. The town and shops are within walking distance. The food they make is authentic, organic and delicious. They made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place, and I would stay here again.

Absolutely outstanding experience. We loved everything about our stay and definitely will come back. Ramakanta and his family were very welcoming and treated us like dear friends. The house and the land itself feels like a unique and magical place, existing with a total harmony with nature. At the same time, there is everything you might need, i.e. hot water and a Wi-Fi. Don’t expect hotel-level treatment though, it is more of an eco home stay where you will be in contact with the family most of the time. Just come with an open heart and you will love this place.
