Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo. It was simple, clean, and cozy, and great value for money. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood, but near great restaurants and the subway which can get you anywhere in the city. Check-in was very easy, and the host was so nice and responsive: we actually forgot a roll of film in the place, and the host got in contact with us and dropped off the roll of film at the next place we were staying in Tokyo, which was so kind of her! Highly recommend.

The service from the host is awesome. Super helpful and accommodating with my checking. Truly professional and his place was well-stocked with various supplies indicating he’s not cheap and he’s focused on providing us with what his Airbnb needs to function properly. The ONLY problem is the train tracks, though he clearly mentions this. The trains are very loud from about 5 AM to 12 AM and if you’re a light sleeper, this is gonna be a problem for you. It seems that two of the train lines even shake the bed as the trains go past. I generally sleep with headsets in and I listen to music so it’s not really a problem for me, but it was a little annoying sometimes. Other than that, though the places is awesome and it has a lot of character. I think it’s still worth staying in though, despite the trains.

Kevin’s place was clean and a short walk to the train station. He was very efficient in communicating with us, regularly checking in on us and offering suggestions. We were very happy with our stay.

This was my first time ever using Airbnb and I have to say it is an experience I’ll never forget. Juni was the most attentive, responsive, and friendliest host I could ask for. This was my first time traveling internationally and his advice and hospitality made me feel right at home. The price was unbeatable rivaling a capsule hotel while having an entire apartment to myself in a fantastic location close to a train station. If you’re debating on staying in a hotel or an Airbnb I highly recommend staying at K-Palace. Fantastic place, and a fantastic host!

Great location!!! Couldn’t have been better for our needs. Station is a very short walk away. We were able to easily get to all the sights we wanted to see…team labs, Tokyo tower, the lights and nite. Communication, check in were great and very easy. Goemon was very quick to respond to questions. Place is as pictured and was comfortable for our needs. Would definitely stay here again when in Tokyo. Thank you!
