Chlorakas : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

We had a wonderful stay here, the beach and many cute locations were in walking distance as well as short driving distances. The host is very helpful and responded very quickly when needed, which was very reassuring. Would definitely recommend!

Καλή περιοχή σε γενικές γραμμές, έχεις πρόσβαση στα περισσότερα σημεία της πόλης, πάνω από το μεγάλο mall και κοντά στην παραλία και τα μαγαζιά. Λίγο θορυβώδης κατά τη διάρκεια της ημερας αλλά όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερα ενοχλητικό. Το σπίτι είχε και αρκετά πράγματα έξτρα, είδη πρωινού, διάφορους καφέδες, τσάι κλπ. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πάντα στην ώρα του στα μηνύματα.

I would love to say wow!!! bargain!!! great location,great host and great apartment... from the nice touch of a bottle of wine and waters and also fruit (we don't drink wine) but still an amazing touch all the way through to the pleasant balcony sea view for perfect morning start! I cannot say enough positive about this place, literally a stones throw to shops/restaurants and bars and also the big shopping maul! pleasant sea walk on your doorstep and 15mins walk to the harbour.. I would not look anywhere else if visiting pafos again! George was also very responsive to any message and was always in touch. do not look for anywhere else on here! you need to stay here! The apartment is very well described and was well worth what I paid to stay. the location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and the beaches.

The best way I can describe the place is "goldilocks zone." I had been through several stays over the last 4 months in Greece and Cyprus and there was always a compromise. Martin and Olga's was just right. Nothing lacking. Very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and furnished. The apartment is quiet and well-lit. Bed and seating comfortable and stylish. Communications and help was always quick and friendly. Above and beyond expectations!

Lovely little apartment, comfy beds, two wardrobes with plenty of storage space in the double bedroom but there is no wardrobe in the twin bedroom. There was no toaster but the same morning the management company bought one and brought it along. The garden was a real bonus, sunny most of the day. Plenty of parking outside. Within a short walking distance to restaurants and buses, also walking distance to the beach and coastal walking path to Paphos Harbour.

This apartment was perfect for our February/March stay in Paphos (and probably nice year-round). The balcony got full sun from around 10am to almost 5pm, with an electric awning shade that was helpful when it got a little too warm out there. The living/dining furniture was very comfortable. The beds were okay, and the bathroom and shower were good. The kitchen was well furnished. (Just note that there is no microwave.) We really liked this location. It was an easy walk to the coastal path and to the harbor area, and the bus stop is nearby to go to the Old Town or Tombs of the Kings area. The Poplife grocery was fairly close, but we mostly chose to make the longer walk to Papantoniou (very nice store) at the harbor. The apartment complex was very quiet this time of year (might be noisier when people are using the pool). Kevin was very helpful when we had issues or questions. We highly recommend this apartment.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Paphos, in der Eleftheria-Wohnung. Wieder sind wir sehr zufrieden. Gemütlich, nicht weit vom Meer und den Promenaden, wir mögen einfach alles in dieser Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr gutmütig und immer in Kontakt. Diesmal baten wir um ein Taxi zum Flughafen, und da es sehr bequem war, reisten wir auf demselben Weg zurück. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diesen Ort sehr empfehlen. Elena und Leopold.

Beautiful home in great location. Stephan the host was excellent answering any questions we had very quickly. There is everything you need in the property for a wonderful, relaxing holiday just don't park on the drive which we did when we first arrived & nearly damaged the car. Stephan does tell you not to park there for this very reason in the welcome pack! Lots of places to eat & drink within close walking distance & if you don't want to drive, the bus stop is just a couple of minutes away & just a short trip to Coral Bay or Paphos. All in all a great choice for our 1st Airbnb booking 😀

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Paphos. We didn’t hire a car, and were able to walk the 20/30 minutes along the seafront to the town centre and historical sights, and excellent Paphos bus service to visit other locations. A couple of nice little beaches 10 minutes walk away. The house was clean and cosy and in a very quiet neighbourhood. There were just a couple of things missing from the list of specified items with the villa - bikes and charcoal for the bbq, which would have nice to have available, but Svetlana communicated immediately about these when we asked. Would definitely return if we are in Paphos again!

Maison très pratique pour un séjour en famille. Le nombre de salles d’eau et de toilettes étaient très appréciable. La proximité avec la plage était idéale, on y allait le matin, on rentrait pour manger et retour l’après-midi. Nous nous rendions au centre ville à pied, ce qui était très pratique. Ekaterina a été une hôte très à l’écoute et très réactive. Le seul bémol a été le montant de l’électricité que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé, 235 euros pour 15 jours, seulement une chambre sur les 6 a utilisé la climatisation. Sinon tout était très bien.

Great location! Peaceful neighborhood with one of the best beaches in Cyprus within a pleasant 5 minute walk. The villa has everything you need for an amazing relaxing vacation; very nice and big private backyard with a pool and a great chill area, fully equipped kitchen, a fire pit and bbq area, and 3 spacious and air conditioned bedrooms. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with all of our inquiries and requests! We had an amazing family vacation and would definitely come back!

Für uns (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) verlief der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das Haus ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche versehen, die wir aber kaum genutzt haben, da wir fast jeden Abend in den tollen Restaurants zum Essen waren. Der Pool ist ein echtes Plus. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr einladend. Der eigene Parkplatz hat es uns ermöglicht, auf der Unterkunft zu parken. Der Check-in und Check-out ist dank der Schlüsselbox flexibel, was sehr angenehm ist und Stress abnimmt. Michalis ist ein guter Gastgeber mit großartiger Kommunikation und schnellen Antworten auf alle Fragen oder Probleme. Das Einzige was die Kinder bemängelt haben war, dass das WLAN im Oberen Kinderzimmer nicht funktionierte. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Very nice studio for two persons with balcony. Clean and well equiped. Owner runs small shop downstairs, so checking in, out and contact is very good. Studio is located close to the beach and port. There are plenty of resteurants around. Bus stop to the airport is located 30 seconds walk from the apartament. Nice holidays hopefully I will come back in the future.

Kyriacos was a wonderful host who did everything possible to make our stay perfect. He was always available if needed and ensured we had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, given a tour of the villa, and provided with all the essential information about the property. Since we had a very late check-in (at night), Kyriacos even went the extra mile and kindly provided us with some basic groceries free of charge, which was incredibly thoughtful and made our arrival even more comfortable. Kyriacos also shared valuable recommendations about local restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets, which was very helpful in planning our time. The villa is well-equipped, spotless, and exactly as described. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, making us feel right at home. I would gladly return here again – in fact, I’m already planning my next stay at this villa, but this time with a bigger group. Thank you, Kyriacos, for your hospitality❤️

We had a great stay at Stella’s place. The location is kind of unbeatable - right on the beach & just a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of the Coral Bay tourist strip. The apartment is in a building surrounded by fruit trees (fresh oranges for breakfast!) and has a lovely large pool. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable (albeit with rather small bathroom). The place is showing its age though, so might not be for you if you are looking for a luxury experience. Thank you to Stella for being a kind and helpful host!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well located. Everything we needed was there, and it truly felt like home for a few days. Demetris welcomed us with snacks, coffee, water, and cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch. He even picked us up from the airport and gave us a short tour around the area, pointing out activities and places worth visiting. The price of the transfer was also cheaper than the regular airport taxis. We rented bikes for the week, and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. The apartment is just 300 meters from one of the best beaches in the area, and in April, the weather was perfect and the beaches were almost empty. The bikes cost €50 for two people and allowed us to explore the coast along a beautiful, bike-friendly seaside path. Demetris is super friendly, always helpful and communicative. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future! Thank you!

Marios was a wonderful host and bis apartment is perfect. The flat is very clise to the beach, center of paphos, near the pubs and restaurants… We had a perfect time.

Very nice and spacious apartments. Well equipped kitchen with new electrical installations. Swimming pool available from 7:30 to 21:00. Parking area outside on the street, always easy to find free place. Very clear and easy to follow instructions how to find the apartments and check in. Great communication overall and very impressive instant replies practically at any time of the day, even late evening. It was a nice stay and would be definitely recommended.

Marios & Christina were amazing hosts, very kind, and helpful, their place was beautiful, insane sunsets that you can watch from the living room every night, it was so cozy, and clean, it had everything you need and more, the location was perfect, minutes from the beach, very nice supermarket was a cross the street, also a very nice coffee shop was next door to the supermarket. The place was extremely clean and had everything you need and more, very equipped kitchen, with all the tools you need to make any meal you want. Mario and Christina’s hospitality was outstanding, my husband got sick during our stay, I messaged them for some tips on where to go to get medicine, they immediately replied, stopped by and gave all the information needed and shared some of the cold/flu medicine they had, because it was Sunday and there was no near by pharmacy was open. I can’t express how much I appreciated everything they did, and how comfortable and happy they made us feel. Thank you ☺️

Siamo venuti in 2 adulti e 2 bambini ...perfetto perfetto perfetto... Praticamente la mia famiglia vorrebbe prendere la stessa casa,macchina (che e sempre di proprietario..) Siamo stati benissimo... Raccomando a tutti. 4 giornate purtroppo sono stati pochi...c'è tanto da visitare

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family
