We enjoyed our stay in Jerry’s place on Miramar Beach. Jerry was very responsive and his onsite property manager handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. The property was as described and landscaped nicely. Very pet friendly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and you can walk there. Lots of restaurants around too. We were there for 4 weeks. We happened to be there for the historic snow of 2025 and it made it fun!

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

Paul and Janet were amazing hosts! They thought of everything from beach toys, children’s books with a Narwhal theme, to bowls for the dogs. My entire family had a great time at the beach (only a few min walk) and in the quiet neighborhood walking the dogs. If you are looking for an amazing home that is pet friendly by the beach definitely consider staying at Paul and Janet’s place!!!

The was the best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. This place was amazing! We were in awe at the home! The beds were also very comfortable. We didn’t want to get up haha. Ronin was very responsive. It was so much wonderful! We definitely want to stay here again whenever in town! Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Everything is exactly as pictured.

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

My family and I enjoyed staying here for the weekend .This house was very neat and clean. The host was extremely helpful and responsive Will definitely book again.

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

This was a fantastic little spot for me and my partner! Very clean and homey, with nearby beach access. It was close enough to town to get there via scenic beach walk but still far enough away to feel cozy and out of the way. Lovely area, lovely vibe, and lovely place to stay! I wish we could have been there longer, but that's all the more reason to come back!

My girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Michael and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful. The location itself was amazing. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and another 5 minute walk to a pier where you can easily access the water taxi service to get anywhere in the harbor. Would stay here again.

We stayed here a couple nights after wrapping up our spring break. It’s a very short walk to the beach with a restaurant right next door. Other amenities are close by. Owner was very responsive to our messages and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at surf bunny 🐇 Alma and Michael were gracious hosts, super responsive and friendly. The place is furnished with care and thoughtfulness to help guests feel right at home. A short walk to the beautiful white sand Miramar beach. Convenient to shopping and many restaurants. Would highly recommend Commelfo and Baytowne Marina Bar and Grill. Best coffee (from Hawaiian beans) is right around the corner - Bad Ass Coffee and the best morning pastries are at Maas Coffee Roasters (11 min drive). Easy check in and out! Lovely stay for us. Dan was an absolutely excellent host! His home was squeaky clean and smelled wonderful, he has the entire home decorated so beautifully and it really felt like a beach house and also felt like a cozy home and we felt so comfortable and had an amazing stay here. The beds were clean and so comfortable and there were so many items made available to us that we didn't even expect, Dan was very quick with his responses and had great communication and was always able to assist whenever needed. This home made our stay so so so wonderful we hope to be able to do it again soon! This home was worth every penny! Thank you so much for everything Dan!

The condos location was amazing! Very clean and accommodating. We did have some issues with pool bracelets but Markietta was very helpful and readily available. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Great place to stay for our family of four! Right on the beach with beach chairs included. Fun pool area with Tiki bar. Convenient parking structure attached with store and great ice cream shoppe. Very clean too!

We had a wonderful time in this cozy condo. Close to lots of activities and right across the street from the beach. Would visit again!

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

We felt lucky coming across this property, it was perfect for us having 3 kids, we didn't have to worry about stairs, elevators or having to go through buildings to access the beach or the parking lot. We highly recommend this property and the Host, we are definitely coming back on our next opportunity.

I only gave 4 stars because the toilet had not been cleaned. I cleaned it myself with the cleaning products that were under the sink and the floors thru out the house had not been mopped. I walked on it barefoot and my feet were very dirty. Also the bed pillows were very flat. For the price and convenience to the beach I would definitely stay at Garys place again.

My kids and I enjoyed the pace tremendously! Highly recommend
